I don’t usually order DoorDash, but do to some circumstances I needed to in order to provide for my sister her go to meal. Now usually they do pretty good in store but for online is where the issue comes in. Now I know that notes can and are provided when it comes to ordering and how they should be followed as best as they can. This however was not even close to a light bake as requested. I know it’s busy but it does take only a few moments from both the workers and the dasher to see the notes requested

We got there at 4:45pm, it was busy. There was 5 or 6 people in front of us in line. There was 1 person making pizzas, 1 person running the oven and cut and box station, 1 person pressing dough, 1 person restocking and running the register. The person making pizzas was not properly trained, he was stacking ingredients in the middle of the pie. I have been properly trained so I know what I’m talking about. I worked in a restaurant in my younger days.
When the guy finished making our pizza he put it on the rack with the other 5 pizzas to be put in the oven. Not sure why they couldn’t put them in the oven it was empty, the people that were with us didn’t get there pizzas from the oven at least 10 minutes after we got ours and had sat down.

Been coming here since we moved to Southern Arizona almost 4 years ago. Shame on for not having done a review sooner.
One of my big things is consistency……and this place for the almost 4 years we have been coming here has it. Every time!!!
Of course, there is flavor, variety in the toppings, delicious dough with great texture that can handle whatever topping you throw at it. The delicious marinara…whether you get the regular one or the spicy marinara you can’t go wrong.
Our favorite is the mad dog. The meats are flavorful. Surprisingly easy on the salt. And we overload it with almost everything toppings-wise. They even have cucumbers which are excellent on a pizza. If gives the pizza an amazing crunch aside form the crust. As soon as it comes out of the oven I can not wait to inhale my pizza. Everything is right about this pizza. I don’t mind driving over an hour for this pizza. Mods….you make fantastic pizza and very reasonably priced as well. There are more expensive pizzas from other pizza establishments that can’t get close to Mods.

He food was absolutely delicious but what was even better was the staff the lady that took my order was very kind and told us the story about how her daughter claimed she was abducted by aliens when she was 13 now she’s 30. She was very friendly and the person that made our pizza was pretty cool. All together awesome staff and food

The person making my pizza was nicer than they usually are at this location. I am not sure what’s going on with the people who are baking the pizzas. When I went in they were not busy. The pizza was not fully cooked. It was so undercooked and so gooey that I took it home and put it in the oven. About 30 minutes after eating a piece I was nauseous. I threw the whole piece away with the exception of the piece that I tried. Why is it so hard to make a pizza fully cooked and put a smile on your face when you’re taking a customer’s order?

Great quality pizza and salads. You can pick out any fresh toppings for your pizza or salad. Pizzas quickly made in a few minutes. Quality food at reasonable price. Nice service. Clean restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating. Really nummy “mod cakes” like a gourmet Hostess Ho Ho. First time there, I will go again! Convenient parking and location too!

We went to MOD Pizza with my family, and it was empty—no line at all. You’d think that would mean quick service, but it was the opposite. We stood there for several minutes, completely unacknowledged, while the employees focused solely on moving and restocking condiments. The lack of greeting or any acknowledgment made for a very poor service experience.

The stage here is always very welcoming and friendly, quick to offer suggestions too.
Restrooms, dining rooms are always clean, and they even have a lovely patio for outdoor seating in the cooler months.

First visit…too bad I couldn’t even rate this restaurant, as it took over 5 minutes to even get help. After the order guy told me two times, he would be with me soon, he worked on online orders. There were no customers in front of me or behind me and was not busy at all. Another worker even came out and started stocking the ingredients right in front of me and still no help. It finally took a female manger coming out to notice me and get one of them to help me. After standing there being ignored I told her “No, this is my first time here, waiting for 5 minutes with no help…no thank you and I walked out. LESSON: CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF YOU ARE MORE IMPORTANT. Be a better restaurant than this…
