McDonald’s on 75th Street
Time lunch.
Has a very busy drive thru.
The exterior grounds need a serious clean up.
Car stalls are saturated with oil from leaks.
Entry concrete on the east side is very greasy.
My food came out perfect , however while I was there a gentleman had his order done wrong twice!
The interior while bight and much nicer than the 102 degrees outside.
The bathroom was generally clean but could use detail cleaning.
The interior-dining room has hand prints on the walls , food debris on window sills, floors and tables. I was here 50 minutes and zero cleaning was done on tables and floors.
The high chairs were very dirty.
Over all the only good spot was that my food came out correct. The rest of the McDonalds fails in Quality Cleanliness and Service

We were there around 4pm and while it looked nice on the outside the inside was another story. There was no one behind the counter to greet us, but that just might be the new norm now. I hate using that huge screen to figure out my order….. it would have been faster if I could just tell someone what I would like to have. In the dining area were several men that looked like homeless people. One gentlemen was laying on the bench sleeping. Others were just sitting around and glad to be somewhere warm.
When our food came it was luke warm at best and tasted old. No we didn’t complain to the staff, because we just wanted to hurry up and get out of there.
We will definitely not go to this location ever again.

Out of all of the McDonald’s around KC, which seems like one every few blocks, but I will go out of my way to stop at this restaurant. The day shift manager is very nice and as long as he is working the front drive thru window everything always comes out perfect. If you love coke like I do you know that McDonald’s has the best fountain cokes of anybody in the business. The coke is different than the other soft drinks in that it is specifically mixed for them and it comes in a huge tank and not in a bag in a box like the other drinks. They have the best cokes in town even up against all other stores. The staff is awesome, always polite and the young man that works the pay window always says “have a blessed day mam,” or “God bless you.”

My fries was not fresh. It tasted like it was for another order and it was left out then used it to fill my order. And the hot honey chicken burger was not made properly. The bacon was too hard and there was no lettuce and the hot honey sauce well there was not to much of it.

I came here on 10/23 around 7:30 pm and I preordered my meal on the app. I had 2 frozen blue raspberry drinks and when the employee handed me my drinks, the lid was not on correctly and one spilled in my lap. She saw it happen and kept trying to give me my third drink. I mentioned that the lid was not on correctly and she didn’t say anything. I asked for napkins and a bag so I can clean myself up. I guess what bothered me was not the spilled drink because I understand things happen but didn’t get an apology about it. She just pretend it didn’t happen or didn’t care… she handed me my food and I left.

Possibly the best McDonald’s that I have had in a long time. I got a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Meal and the chicken barely fit in the box (no complaint). My order was fast, fresh, correct and the employees were friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Food came out decently quick but was pretty bland overall. The burger needed quite a bit of ketchup to taste any good and the ice cream I got was the icy milk slush stuff that’s free at a lot of other places (used to the real creamy stuff most McDonald’s have). Chicken nuggets were still really good though….

Constant wait in drive thru. Have started coming here for the past month in the afternoons. Only have been able to get through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes twice. Sad because the morning staff are quick and friendly!

I get it, itsMcDonald’s, but this is one of the worst in food quality, food handling, and customer service. On a couple visits now, the employees including the team lead/manager lack customer service. Wait times are ridiculously long, I’m taking at least 20-30 minutes each visit with little to no customers. After explaining my experience to corporate, the General manager did reach out, and ensured training will be implemented l and good changes. I didn’t see any of that, same people same crew bag experience. The driv thru person have my drinks and fries, the fries were definitely sitting around and not fresh at all in both visits. Then without exaggerating, waiting another 25+minutes for my sandwiches and 30+ the other time while my fries and nuggets got very cold and stale. The driv thru person just handed my bag without taking to me or confirming my order. Just said second back is on its way, 25+ minutes later. The other time they had me pull in the reserve spot, and waited 30+ minutes before I had to go inside and the team lead/manager didn’t say a word to me and just handed me my food with no apology or a word. This location really needs a strong manager and leader!
