Usually stop by on the weekends when we’re in the area for events, the staff here are amazing!! They’re always very fast, you can tell they keep things clean and tidy, despite that people can be pretty messy or chaotic here sometimes. They’re also very professional and I’ve seen them handle issues between customers before in the past, surprisingly well.
The food here is amazing! You can tell the staff really care when they make the food, you don’t see that a lot in fast food, it’s really appreciated and respected – the people who work here on weekends are honestly the best. Food always comes out fresh, fast, and cared for.
I recommend steak fries with fixings, fish tacos, and the lemonades are really tasty too.
Bathrooms are on the outside, and I honestly avoid them. If you have kids, be careful cus the drive thru wraps around the front too. Don’t remember, but I can’t imagine it’s easily wheel chair accessible either, cus of this.
Oh!! And there’s hand sanitizer right inside, by the counter, and they do refill it!! Idk, my family works in medicine, I’ve worked in food business; it should be a staple in every food establishment, they do surprisingly well here with what they have.

I had a great experience at Del Taco! The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared quickly. The tacos were flavorful, and the portions were generous for the price. Good tacos and burritos. Quick & friendly customer service. Ordered the loaded Queso Nachos with Carne Asada. My boyfriend ordered the Loaded Queso Fries. Although the meat in my Nachos was a bit tough..I found the Nachos to be quite delicious. My boyfriend’s fries were ok. Came back again. This time my boyfriend ordered 2 Tacos. They were big, filling & loaded with meat. I ordered the same as before..but also a large fries. Perfectly cooked to just the right crispiness & salted just right. This Del Taco has employees that do it “RIGHT”!!

Sacramento, CA location around 2am and the graveyard shift employee named “PauL” (who was working alone that night) is hands down 1 of the BEST workers this company has! I hardly ever write online reviews, but I just had to post this for him!
As I feel that customer service & guest service skills these days aeems to have SERIOUSLY gotten to the point of non-existence, —Paul put my faith back into humanity….
Paul gave me XCEPTIONAL customer service! He was by far 1 of the most Polite, Respectful, Kind & Accurate individuals working in the fast-food industry that I’ve had the pleasure to meet & be served by. Paul should get promoted to Manager for being such an outstanding person!

I went to the del Taco on Arden way in Sacramento CA and ordered an epic burrito and a diet Coke. I should have checked my order before I left Because it was wrong. Not only did they mess up the food order, but they also gave me a regular Coke. I am a diabetic and cannot drink regular sodas! I did not at first realize the soda was a regular Coke until I started feeling ill from high blood sugar. I highly recommend people to check their orders before leaving the drive-up window.
I was contacted by Del Taco after leaving this review. They apologized for the incident and provided me with a $10 voucher. while $10 does not make up for the hit to my health, at least it let me know that they were trying. I raised all my star ratings by two to show this.

Last two times I have ordered delivery for breakfast, the breakfast toasted wrap is so unbelievably greasy that it falls apart and there are literal puddles of oil on the foil and in the bottom of the wrap.
It’s disgusting. Won’t be ordering again. Used to be my fave breakfast and I ordered weekly.
Photo is most recent order (today 2/16/24), and video is about a week, maybe 2 weeks ago.
I also got a lemonade with popping boba, and paid for extra boba, but there were only a few in there and they were all wrinkly for some reason which makes me think they were sitting out.
