I went to Wingstop around 11:00 AM and oh my goodness there’s this new cook on deck. I think his name is Stephen… or something like that, but honestly, who cares? Because this man is a culinary GOD! I am shook. The way those orders were flying out? Like a well-oiled machine. Precision, speed, finesse he’s literally a magician in the kitchen.

And let me just say… THE FOOD. Ohhhhh the food. I haven’t had wings taste this good in months! The seasoning? Perfect. The texture? Chef’s kiss. Every bite was a flavor explosion. I’m talking “taste buds doing the cha-cha” levels of amazing. Like, I might never eat wings anywhere else again. LORDDDD, this man is a game-changer, a legend, a true MASTER of his craft. Wingstop just hit the jackpot with him!

These are the worst wings I’ve ever tasted. I ordered 40 and we only ate 12. The ones we did eat were only because my son was starving. They all seemed like they were made yesterday, soaked in sauce yesterday, and then sold today. We tried to salvage them with BBQ sauce, but they were tough and dry. The only thing that seemed fresh were the fries, but they were incredibly salty. The employees looked like they were forced to be there. Definitely the worst place to eat with your family.

A bunch of kids messing up food, it continues to get worse. this time neither me or my wife ate the chicken. We ordered extra seasoning on the fries and they only seasoned the ones on the top and mine were burnt hard and my wife’s were soggy both were cold. And my chicken was supposed to be lemon pepper I dont even know what flavor they gave me

I have been to this Wingstop a few times. Today I had lunch there and I ordered a 10 pcs bone in combo. The wings have mostly been decent but today they were so small. They looked about the size of pigeon wings. I spent $15 for this. If I was the manager I would have been ashamed of serving these wings. This store needs to do better.

This is the first time ordering from this location & I don’t have high hopes. Ordered fries with fry seasoning with both combos. Neither of the fries had any seasoning, not even a spec!!! I took the order back in, they said they got in trouble for putting too much seasoning on the fries & I told them, but there isn’t any at all. They gave be 2 tiny cups of seasoning & both ended up being Cajun instead of fry seasoning ‍♀️

There was so much salt on the French fries we had to keep wiping each one off with napkin before we could eat them. I ordered plain wings as I can’t have the sauce. Well I can tell you, they were horrible. Their sauce is all they have going for them. As a heart patient I will no longer be able to eat in or order out. They lost 2 customers on this order.

Yesterday was our first time at Wingstop ever. It was great so we came back tonight because I loved the Garlic Parm wings. Their printer was out so it took a little longer to get the food, once we did.. my husbands wings had hardly any sauce and my boneless wings were extremely small. However, Chris helped us out and turned our entire experience around. He gladly got my husband his own side of garlic sauce and brought out an entirely new set of garlic parm wings for me that were perfect. Overall, Chris took our experience from a 2-3 star experience to an easy 5 star experience!

I’ve been 3 x to pick up/carry out. Each time they charge me for wings only which is way more than the combo. They don’t make it right when things go wrong and seem to over- charge for everything. The head person seems stressed out doesnt honor the Wingstop specials. So disappointing since we really used to like wings.

Kid at the counter had us wait 10 minutes for food that they already had on the counter. Got home and the wings are soggy sitting in oil. Had to take them out and throw them in the oven to dry them out…Fries have no seasoning whatsoever. Second time in a row.. I’ll just drive across town next time…not worth $60 and that makes me sad cuz I love wingstop usually
