SLOW DOWN!!! I don’t leave reviews often but this chipotle is the worse I’ve ever been to. They need to slow down and stop throwing all the ingredients with no awareness to distributing everything evenly between the tacos. I come here often and every time, everybody on the line looks miserable and that they hate their life. They never smile at you and god forbid you ask them to mix the burrito! They look at you like you just offended their mother. When the restaurant is empty and dead, they act like they are trying to set a world record the fastest burrito ever made. It’s sloppy, messy, and no good! They suck at wrapping the burritos because they are try to set a land speed record. Just slow down and actually take a little bit of time to make the food the right way!!!

This is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. The staff are consistently rude and seem irritated any time you ask for something simple like a side of sour cream, a tortilla, or a little extra rice, especially since the portions they give you are already so small. The food quality itself is good, but the tables are almost always dirty, and the overall atmosphere just feels unwelcoming. I’ve noticed many other reviews saying the same thing, so hopefully management makes some changes soon. Otherwise, I’ll just drive a few minutes down the road to the Iliff and Chambers location, where the staff are always pleasant, the orders are correct, and I’ve never had an issue.

This is first and last time I will ever go to this location. One of the workers was so incredibly rude even for fast food service. It was crowded and dinner time so there was a decent amount of folks in line. The staff was courteous and efficient until we got to the end of the servers where one of servers rudely told me to stand back/stay away because I pointed to a bin with lettuce to signal I wanted that on my bowl. She made it seem like I was gonna grab food from over the counter. I was so confused, like it’s noisy and I repeated my request a few times, you can’t tell I’m trying to tell you my order using gestures? If that girl hates her job so much, she needs to find one that suites her, perhaps not in fast food. Food was good and made right but that interaction completely rubbed me the wrong way. Parking lot also sucks and witnessed near crashes and road rage. Just drive a few minutes down the road to Smoky hill and Himalaya Chipotle.

This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably slow, the staff acted like they didn’t care at all, and no one even tried to be polite. I felt completely ignored while waiting. The place didn’t look clean, and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable. If this is how customers are treated here, I definitely won’t be coming back. Very disappointing.

The last two times we have gone to this location they have overcharged us and had to refund us for items. That’s fine mistakes happen but when I get home and the rice is hard and not cooked through all the way is crazy annoying. Going to the east smoky hill location for now on cause they actually have competent workers there. Never have I had so many issues at a Chipotle location before. The managers do not care at all and struggle really hard with training their employees. It’s time for a change at this South Buckley location.

This is probably the worst I’ve ever had my order messed up by a fast food restraunt. Normally I wouldn’t complain about service workers messing up my order, I’m fine just scraping stuff off my food, but genuinely how do you get the ***majority*** of an order wrong? Just go somewhere else that doesn’t put random stuff on your food that, especially if you have food allegies or intolerances.
Theres a taco shop nearby in a gas station of all places called mr taco, I can highly recommend them, especially on taco tuesday! There are also a lot of taco trucks around aurora with phenominal mexican cuisine.

I came to buy a burrito and the one making them and Karen the cashier are very but very rude I got half spoon of rice and when I asked for more rice she got mad and they are very rude this mexican girls better have better attitude with customers and Karen the cashier I try to talk to her and she just straigh ignore me this is very poor service chipotle I got chicken burrito with rice and queso just that and it was 15.98!!! Plus the rude workers im definitely not coming here anymore!!! I have so much to say about this place but im just gona stay quiet
