Five guys staff are attentive, the food is delicious, they offer good serving sizes with plenty of option and the shakes are thick like a traditional malt. Generally the tables/seating are clean. Not safe for those with peanut allergies, however this location is not covered with peanut bags everywhere like some are. Best choice for a quick bite in the plaza area.

I arrived to pick up my order and was told that they did not have an order for me, and asked if I had an order confirmation. I showed them the order confirmation, with the order number. They proceeded to shrug and say it didn’t go through because they didn’t have a ticket on their end. I then pulled up my bank account and showed them the payment for the order. To which they continued to tell me that despite my order confirmation AND payment – that it didn’t go through because they had no ticket for me on their end. They offered no solution – not even a suggestion to place a new order (to which I wouldn’t anyway because they already had the money for the previous order). I then asked for his name (no name tag) and phone number of the franchise owner – to which he told me he did not have any phone number, and I would have to go “look it up” myself. This gentleman claimed to be the store manager. He had zero customer service skills.
When I got to my car, I called the corporate office and not only could they see my order AND my payment – they were incredibly helpful in ensuring I get my money back. Corporate gets 5 stars… but this location will never see my business again.

I love this Five Guys because of the friendly service ethics taught right from day 1. Patty, new herself, was teaching another young man. Still remembered me on the Cajun spice so I could taste it later. Was so grateful. Thank you!

I visited Five Guys with a group of friends and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered my food and sat down to wait, but I didn’t hear my number—24—the first time it was called. About 20 seconds later, the staff member screamed the number at me in a way that disrupted the entire restaurant and left everyone looking confused. It was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly pretty embarrassing. Terrible customer service, and not what I expect from Five Guys.
