came on labor day night, and as soon as the 10:30 headset person spoke there was clear annoyance in her voice and she TOLD me to look at the menu after i had already been sitting there for 5 minutes. then took my order after helping another customer, i told her what i wanted PRECISELY down to the size and she SIGHS at me and asks me to repeat myself. then i get home and see she thought she was being funny. don’t worry though. i promise she won’t forget me

Typically, we have a pretty great drive through experience. The young man who usually works the window is the most kind young man. However, yesterday(8/9/25)afternoon when picking up supper for my kids on the way home I was met by an unfamiliar woman with long red braids. She didn’t say a single word to me and practically threw a floppy drink carrier with three drinks on it at me. The teas we received had been watered down. At first I thought they mixed it up and gave us the lemonade tea instead. That was not the case and as a result we dumped them down the drain. It was really a very disappointing experience from one of my family’s favorite quick meal stops.

For the first time in a long while, I’ve actually eaten McDonald’s. It’s usually just coffee and the occasional Egg McMuffin. I always use the McDonald’s app to pay for it. This afternoon, I got a push notification that my points were expiring. Today.
This McDonald’s was along the way and so I stopped in any used the app to select my free reward item, a spicy McChicken sandwich. That’s it. No drink, no fries.
While waiting, I could see that the store needed cleaning. Spill on the floor, trash on the floor, spill on the counter of the condiments/soda station. The crew member who handed my my sandwich was polite and understandable when she called out my number. So that was nice.
Opening it in the car, it was hot but they seemed to have missed half the lettuce and mayo not on the sandwich. Not sure what happened there.
Overall? Could have been better.

Last week and tonight our drive thru orders were messed up.
Ordered a Big Mac with no pickle.. it didn’t have any pickles.. but it also didn’t have any meat! We usually have to check our order that we received everything we paid for.. but now we have to check the burger before we leave too?.. It’s actually kinda funny – how do you make a burger and forget to put the meat in?..

The food at this location was actually good but the prices seem higher at the location for some reason. At this moment they are doing some small remodeling inside the restaurant but here is the kicker you can go inside and eat while they are doing this! While me and my family were inside eating, they had an outside contract worker standing on the counter of the drink station working on the machine The McDonald’s worker told us to get the drinks at that particular station where the man was working. Normally, you think they would get us the drinks behind the counter, but that’s not the case. Also, they are replacing old ceiling tiles so there’s a stack of those laying on the tables as well as a gentleman going around changing those ceiling tiles while we’re eating. The owner of this location really doesn’t care about his customers, just making money ! He should just keep the drive thru open while they repair the dining room area oh plus they got our meals wrong I’m not sure how many times. My Deluxe Crispy chicken sandwich was pitiful, I have seen bigger chicken breast on a sandwich before at a McDonald’s, but not in this case My sons fish sandwich had a special order ticket on it starting “plan”. We never asked for it to be plan. My husband got BOGO FREE 6 count nuggets. They gave him (1) 6 piece and one (4) piece. But like I said at the beginning, the food was actually good.

Horrible attitudes. The food is stale and the restaurant is dirty. The employees make you feel like you have to apologise for coming there to eat. I mean, I suppose they could shut it down but who doesn’t like getting paid for little investment.

Hands down worst McDonald’s in Beaufort sc #justbeinghonest when you come here expect the wrong order don’t go inside you’ll be waiting even longer customer service isn’t that good and if you’ve been there you know the main 2 who gives attitude….. Ain’t nobody made y’all work there at the end of the day you picked that job …. Leave tha nasty attitudes at home and pick up the speed and please please please take your time handing out the orders double check the bags us customers already have to wait forever you can at least take the time to make sure the FOOD ISN’T COLD OR OLD AND MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT ORDER please and thank you

Inside the box was a burned and dry patty. The workers are just as terrible as customer service. This is Satan’s kingdom and he has y’all on a leash. All y’all will ever know is a cellphone and a computer screen.
As long as it provides the pleasures of this world, you’ll always be for it. Hopefully y’all find Jesus before it’s too late because y’all just don’t know the damnation of the tribulations that lie ahead.
Perhaps you may never see it because so many of you young, no mannered kids are dying young. I will pray for y’all.
