I ordered the chips with green queso. I was told they “no longer have the queso.” Well, then it shouldn’t be on the menu, but fine whatever. What I got instead was a cup of nacho cheese sauce…without a lid…so half of it was just spilled all over the other items. Seriously, my expectations for Taco Bell are so low and yet they somehow still fall so short.

Pathetic. Employees at this location are always rude, and while the prices have gone WAY up recently, the food quality has gone WAY down. If they had prices on the drive-thru menu, I wouldn’t have even bothered ordering. Almost $10 for a “quesalupa” and two tacos!!! After receiving my food, I was even more upset about spending nearly $10. Almost no meat on any of my items. Mostly just soggy tortillas and taco shells filled with sour cream and a little veg. I don’t eat fast food often and now it will be even less often. I could have gotten a real meal at a restaurant for the same price and been much more satisfied. So long Taco Hell.

I will never go back to this taco bell. I had 2 bad experiences with this particular store 2xs within a week. $25 for a chalupa meal with the taco soft, and a grilled burrito box. The girls were having a argument at the window because apparently part of my order was given to the car that was in front of me. Girl hands my food out the window without even looking at me, i asked for mild sauce she said it was in the bag without even looking my way. Taco wasn’t soft, items literally had like 6 slivers of cheese, and the tea was horrible. I’ll never give them my money again for such poor service and food.

This is hands down, the worst taco Bell in Mobile period. You’re better off going to absolutely any other Taco Bell anywhere. This place is full of people who don’t give one s*** about their job, and the way the food is made shows it. It’s been that way for years it’s probably never going to change. This Taco Bell has been the closet one to me for the last 10 years and I just go to the one on Dauphin St which is by far the best Taco Bell in Mobile, whoever works at that one atleast takes pride in the food they make Because I consistently get well made fast food there.
TLDR; Don’t go to this one, go to Dauphin St Taco Bell.

Never in my years is going to Taco Bell was I handed Mexican pizzas out of bags. Literally as I sat it down it fell out of the box. They were nice enough to remake me another one but this time I asked for a bag.. they literally put it in a bag horizontally.. honestly wouldn’t have taken that long to put it in a box properly..

Workers were too slow! I don’t know what the problem was. We were in line for 30 minutes and when we finally could order we were asked 4 times what we wanted.. a young lady repeated the order.. a gentleman asked what we needed and he repeated the order, the young lady asked us to hold on… Came back 5 minutes later, then repeated the order again and said, “what else?” I said frustrated. That’s it! She says pull forward Now, I must add I have been to this location many of times and service was excellent Just not sure what happened last night.

I ordered at the drive thru. I got my food pretty quickly. I parked there and ate. The crunchy tacos were crunchy and had a good taste. All in all I was happy with my meal.
