I had a terrible experience at this location with the manager, Hicham. My chicken sandwich was given to me half opened and the system didn’t register my fry order. Even though I showed my receipt, he made me wait until the system rebooted. When the fries finally came, they were old and soft.
I asked politely for fresh fries and a remake of my sandwich, but he got an attitude, acted aggressively, and refused to fix my order. He even threatened to call the police when I started recording his behavior for my safety. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The past two times I have been in to order. I can’t order because it smells like sewage. From the moment you hit the door it is so strong. It was over a week in-between the two visits so it has to be a problem they know of. I didn’t check to see if it was coming from the bathroom because I shouldn’t smell the bathroom at the front door. No one greeted me anyway.

I ordered two steak egg and cheese bagel combos that were inedible. The bagels were burned completely black and the sauce that comes with it wasn’t on the bagels. I called customer service and only received an apology but no refund or gift certificate. Totally unacceptable!!! WORSE MCDONALD’S EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I came inside and waited 10 min before ordering then I went to kiosk…waited another 47 min for my food, and there wasn’t much traffic in drive thru AT ALL and only 4 people inside. This McDonald’s does not allow mobile workers. After 30 minutes they will kick you out. Even though they have outlets like every other McDonald’s around the country. They don’t allow mobile workers to relax and catch up on things. Warning to mobile workers do not waste your time and money coming to this establishment.

Ordered a sandwich with light sauce, got extra extra sauce. Ordered 2 large fries, got the equivalent of 1 medium fry split between two large containers. Always seems to get shorted on orders of large fries. My advice. Order a medium and you will get more fries than a large. Its sad Peggy Brown has let this store fall so far from grace.
Edit: still hetting half an order of fries, but getting charged 3.00 for the paper container.
Now getting a quarter of a container for a large fry. Swear to God this place has hit the rock bottom.
