Unfortunately. Things were good, but the guacamole / tortilla chips / fries & the sweet potato fries all salty.
We were also UPCHARGED for the sweet potato fries on my daughters plate in witch nobody said sweet fries?
(I stated before the waitress walked away my daughter wanted mandarin oranges on her plate)
Before the waitress walked away I tried to correct her again and say (mandarin oranges). We had been upcharged for the sweet potato fries and didn’t even know it yet.
The burgers were good but everything els maybe chill on the salt.
I understand the oranges were probably a miss understanding but at that point I figured it was already (what it was), since I even asked for a diffeent cheese for my A1 burger and I didn’t even get what I asked for.
It’s was one thing after another at that point.
I’m not usually a stickler for those things but all the salt and not caring to pay attention to details as far as the sweet fries over the mandarin oranges and then my cheese being wrong is why we give a 3 star.
I do work in food so I understand these things do happen but it’s just a simple matter of being carfull over being careless so not bad but not good.. wish I could say better.

Great place to get burgers and fries. We stopped in for the $10 Tuesday special and enjoyed a decent dinner for $25. The root beer float was really good. Their ranch is top tier.

I had a busy overwhelming crazy day today so I went to Red Robin in rockey river for there burger special. Jessica was great she waited on me quick. The home made ceaser salad was the best I’ve ever tasted. The burger reminded me of a mini bobs big boy. What a great meal, my ice tea drink was included. Refills and bottomless fries or other selections are inclusive.

This is my first time going to red robin. And it was a really good experience. The food was really good and I love the bottomless fries there are so many other choices. They have the sauce I think it’s a firecracker sauce that is really good.

Our waiter was not attentive and couldn’t answer basic questions about the food. She also forgot to provide refills or check in to see. Meat was undercooked due to not asking how to prepare and ended up with good poisoning. No issue with chicken, turkey, or impossible substitute.

For the past four years, this has been my favorite Red Robin location. My partner and I have always had excellent experiences thanks to servers like Sarah, Scott, and Debbie, who are consistently friendly, attentive, and a genuine highlight of every visit. They are truly the main reason we continue to dine here, and we are very regular patrons of this establishment visiting weekly, sometimes even twice a week.
Unfortunately our recent experiences with the shift manager, Chris, have been extremely negative and soured our experience with this location. On two separate occasions, Chris has singled out my boyfriend because he legally carries with a concealed carry permit. There is no signage near the front door or in the waiting area by the waitress bar indicating that carrying firearms is prohibited. The only visible sign references the restaurant’s Class D liquor license and is located between the bar and where the wait staff pass the kitchen, which isn’t seen by patrons in the casual dining areas. Despite my boyfriend respectfully stating that he has a valid CCW, on top of Ohio being an open-carry state, Chris dismissed him, saying he did not care. Chris even mocked my boyfriend, suggesting he “should know the laws,” despite the fact that my boyfriend has taken a class (otherwise, how would he have obtained a license?), knows his rights, and was legally permitted to carry.
Licensed individuals are legally allowed to carry firearms in Class D establishments, provided they are not consuming alcohol. My boyfriend was not drinking and has always complied with signage when it is properly posted. It is important to note that none of the servers or other staff at this location have ever asked my boyfriend to remove his firearm; only Chris has made this an issue.
During our most recent visit, after mocking my partner’s knowledge on gun laws, Chris threatened to call the police. My boyfriend calmly responded “go ahead,” stating that he is legally allowed to carry and had no objections to law enforcement being involved. Chris then insisted he was “not arguing” and that we needed to leave, kicking us out for no valid reason other than his refusal to acknowledge my boyfriend’s rights and the restaurant’s failure to properly post any “no carry” signage. Chris even stated he would promptly post a new “no carry” sign at the front doors specially for my boyfriend.
Out of frustration, we went to the North Olmstead Red Robin which also has no “no carry” signage at the door or inside the establishment dining areas, and there were no issues with my boyfriend carrying legally.
We will continue to return to this Red Robin location because the servers are outstanding. However, we will not tolerate being treated this way by Chris again and will actively avoid him, which is ridiculous.
If carrying is prohibited, signage needs to be clearly posted at the entrance and/or in areas visible to patrons, not hidden or only near the bar. Properly posted signage would prevent misunderstandings and ensure employees and customers act in accordance with the law.
It’s really disappointing that Chris’s actions reflect so poorly on this location, especially since we otherwise love coming here.
I look forward to our next visit and will not hesitate to follow up if proper signage is still not in place to indicate that firearms are prohibited on the premises.

We went to Red Robin and it was absolutely wonderful! Our server was Angela and she was so helpful/kind/gave us multiple suggestions, and had the best personality! The food was to die for and trust me, I’m picky! The manager on duty Chris even came around to our table, and he was so wonderful and accommodating! So very clean and food amazing, and with staff like that y’all will be giving other restaurants a run for their money! We will be back! Thank you Angela and Chris for the wonderful experience!

I have always wanted to visit Red Robin, since I am a fan of craft burgers. Today, I visited the Rocky River Red Robin location. Shown are the garlic fries (unfortunately, I was too hungry and ate my tasty Scorpion Burger before photographically capturing it!) I found the staff both friendly and responsive to my needs, making sure my dining experience was a good one. I enjoyed the decor, bottomless appetizers (fries, side salad), and proximity to my way-back machine (RTA). I initially was going to another place, but ultimately glad I chose Red Robin. 5/5
