My favorite QDOBA location. Every time I come here, they’re friendly and nail my order. You can see them change food and cook fresh food in real time. Fresh. Delicious. Filling. And for what you get, fairly affordable. Staff is great and some of them even have real cooking chops. I see you with the pan skills!

Visited this location Saturday 11/1 at 12:14 pm. No fresh vegetables, no pico, layer of dust on customer view through glass. Barely any chicken. All the sauces were out. The whole store was dirty. Worker said he didn’t have time to make pico because there wasn’t enough help. Charged full price and half the toppings weren’t available. Aweful experience! Worker went on to say they were behind from the day before. Stay late or come in early to get caught up. This location needs new ownership and new management.

If I could give zero stars I would. At 9:37 we received our food that was listed as being ready at 9:11pm. The person cleaning the grill didn’t stop and finish preparing our food until my husband insisted our order be canceled. I watched as my husband patiently waited while multiple groups came through the line and receive immediate service while our online order remained incomplete. One person came in off break and still no food or additional assistance. What kind of customer service is this? Where was the manager or supervisor providing direction and support? Having worked and taught customer service in various capacities for 30 years, this was absolutely unacceptable and completely avoidable. And for myself and everyone who was inconvenienced, this insufficiency requires more than a gratuitous apology.

I’m only giving 2 stars because usually they’re pretty good, but today was the last straw. I can’t always expect the food to always be perfect but today was terrible. I got both rices and they were both undercooked. Crunchy! The chicken Cholula was burnt. I mean a lot not just grilled. The rice, beans and meat are basically the whole meal. We went to sit down and every table was dirty. It wasn’t even busy inside. Im just tired of going out and it’s really terrible. Most people that were working were way too high to barely serve us. I hope this place doesn’t fall into a bad habit of making this the norm because I won’t be coming back for a while. I only get brown rice because it takes so long to cook, but all the rice was crunchy.

Ate half of the bowl and still haven’t ran into a piece of chicken and then also said i can’t do half steak half chicken. This is why I prefer chipotle can’t even get 20 Grams of protein Taylor qdoba you need to step it up before the place gets shuts down for not following company policy

I am an Executive Assistant from a different area of Michigan who placed a large order for a team lunch. We realized we needed drinks and desserts the day of the event and called with the urgent order. Not only did they accommodate us, BOTH managers (Miguel and Brittany) went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our order was taken care of quickly and efficiently, AND they were extremely kind and positive throughout the interactions we had.

I stopped in on 11/7 for lunch after a long drive and all 3 of the ladies working took care of me. I didn’t get any of their names but they were all super sweet and the service was top notch. I ordered the hot honey chalua (sp) bowl and they were patient as I was on the phone with someone – getting their last minute order. The restaurant was very clean. I would definitely go back to this location!

The staff was friendly, and some guy name Dennis was extremely nice, and was very informative when asked about the ingredients. The food was fresh and flavorful. Everything was made just how I wanted it, and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot when I’m in the area.
