Four of us ate there. One person in my group orders a water to drink. She got her water 10 mins after we all got our softdrinks. Then they messed up one persons food offered to re cook it which would take 20 more mins. Another person in my group had their food come 15 min after everyone else’s. They didnt offer to remove anything off of the bill or anything else. Really need to work on their servers.

Worst experience ever at a Hooters. We were trying to figure out why they were so dead during dinner rush on Saturday. Pretty sure we got the wrong beer and we asked for breaded and extra sauce wings. The first round of wings came out naked and literally the waitress tried to tell us they were breaded, so we asked for them to be more breaded and we got barely any breading again and some of the wings had zero sauce so we gave up. They might as well have been naked again. Not happy at all. We will not be back to this location. We can now see why there was no one there. Do not go to the bathroom either!!!

is the buffalo sauce in the room with us?
Now, I will say… I was thoroughly warned by the staff that the buffalo sauce is ACTUALLY just melted butter with like maybe a hint of buffalo flavor..
But It couldn’t be THAT bad
I mean.. buffalo sauce is buffalo sauce

Don’t really understand the low reviews maybe because of older management but I can say that as of April 2025 the food and service here at this location is hands down 5 star worthy. The food deal with the wings and chicken strips was amazing! We took our 8 month old and was very accommodating to a high chair. If you’re going for drinks and sports this is the place for you but the food is high quality as well!

Stopped here for a quick lunch with my family. Parking was pretty empty as we came at 11:30 Am. We were seated right away and provided a kids menu. Our waitress came right away for drink orders. Of course I took advantage of the $4 hooters shots special! We ordered the naked and smoked wings Parmesan, hot, medium, ghost pepper, plus curly fries. While ordering our waitress answered our questions and made some recommendations. The food came out promptly. The ghost pepper wings were my favorite, my son was the Parmesan, and husband’s was the hot with lemon pepper. Overall service was excellent. We were checked on throughout. The food was great. Would certainly recommend.

This by far is the worst hooters. I ordered and paid for crispy flat wings. I got big soggy greasy wings some undercooked, not all flats as requested. The mobile order said it would be ready at 750p. The food was not ready until 820pm. The hostess was apologetic. I had a coupon for a free appetizer through the app, this restaurant said I redeemed which I didn’t. I do not plan on ever returning to hooters again while I’m Knoxville.

If you have not been to Hooters in a while i suggest you find out about the new changes. The sauce has changed and so has the meat on the Philly. I am not one to complain but this was a horrible experience on every level. We was seated and ordered our drinks and 2 appetizers. 2 more tables were seated with our waitress attending. This made 9 total tables in the restaurant being occupied. Very slow night. Our food order was not taken until our appetizers were brought to the table. The other 2 tables had already ordered. 2 of our group ordered diet Pepsi which had no carbonation. It took 35 minutes after requesting a fix for new drinks to be brought to the table. Once we got our food an hour and 18 minutes after entering the restaurant it was not the normal we are used to. One order included a Philly cheesesteak that was burnt. The new sauce on the wings and buffalo shrimp is now a butter based sauce that is unnoticeable on the food. The shrimp was dry and not even any sauce on the paper. My order of cheese fries arrived without the cheese so I got my 1.50 cup of cool cheese sauce to try and pour over my fries. The food was dropped and left at our table. After 15 more minutes without our waitress coming to check on us we went to her to ask for the 2 cups of ranch that was ordered. She brought it and we requested to speak to a manager about the quality of the food. He arrived and stated the new changes made by the new HOA original owners included the new butter based sauce and that the Philly meat is prepackaged and is very dark when it’s opened. He stated that none of the employees would eat it. We asked we he was serving food nobody would eat. We also asked about the sauce or the lack of and was explained that it’s the new sauce now and that they have daily complaints. He offered a discount but it was only given to half of the table even though we all had complaints. No other option was offered to be made for the one with the Philly that she could not eat. After we spoke to the manger our slow but friendly waitress changed her attitude. It was not her fault the food was bad. It was her fault that it was slow on taking our order but I can overlook that. Even with bad food I will still tip good service. 2 orders of 10 boneless wings. 1 order of 12 shrimp. And 3 orders of fries. 3 drinks (Pepsi, diet Pepsi, and hot sweet tea) and an order of pickles was 86.29 before my tip of 3.71. Paying 90 dollars for one of the worst meals and experiences I’ve had in years was horrible. I now know why every restaurant in knoxville was packed the night before Christmas eve and there was 10 cars in the parking lot. Change it before the company goes bankrupt.

Coming back home from a long trip had to call in an order for some wings to go. I still had another hour drive… Ended up eating here. GREAT SERVICE the bartender Stephany is a master at her craft and Kevin the cook came out to make sure everything was cooked to perfection! Very friendly environment. Will definitely be back!

Came in after a UT football game. Not crowed(happy about that) after being seated the waitress was very nonchalant about getting out drinks and our order. When the food arrived ( wings and a chicken sandwich) they were floating in grease and had no sauce on them. We have eaten here before and the food was awesome, but not this time. Not what we were used to when eating at this location.
