During a pit stop for food at this particular McDonald’s restaurant, we had a big order for a number of people. Whenever I get food from a fast food place, I usually will ask for the all the food to be cooked fresh and I don’t mind waiting. Honestly, most of the time fast food restaurants don’t listen l care because it’s a fast food place. I understand that fact; I’m not looking for Keg quality meals at McDonald’s, or expecting a very fresh meal all the time I go to a fast food place. However, who wants a Filet o’ Fish that’s cold? Furthermore, the employees assembling the sandwich couldn’t take the 2 seconds to line up the bun, cheese, sauce and fish. Especially now that a McDonald’s combo is now a good $15. It’s time for fast food restaurants to step up their game with increasing prices. This McDonald’s restaurant listened to me when I asked for everything to be freshly made. I did wait. But to get everything fresh and properly made is totally worth that wait. Even the coffee was good when I’ve had coffee from other locations that was terrible. The employees were cordial, nice. I wouldn’t say they were jumping for joy, but they did their jobs properly. The atmosphere gets a 3. The 3 isn’t necessarily bad. It means that the restaurant was clean enough, looked nice enough, and you didn’t feel like you were in a dusty, dirty fast food restaurant. Kind of like a satisfactory review. It was the bare minimum, but there was nothing wrong with the atmosphere. I would visit this location again if needed based upon just how the staff actually listened to my requests and for good service. You can trust this location.

I visited this location around 7:00 a.m. on Monday, Jan 26th, and it was an absolute headache. The communication from the staff is non-existent.
The employee told me to pull up to ‘Window 2,’ but apparently, they don’t realize their own windows are numbered or positioned incorrectly. At this location, ‘Window 2’ is actually the third window in the line. When I tried to clarify, the server was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as if I should just instinctively know their confusing layout.
It’s bad enough trying to get through the morning rush, but being treated poorly because the staff can’t give clear directions is unacceptable. If you’re going to use a numbered window system, make sure your employees actually know which one is which it is.

This McDonalds has the worst customer service. You get off to get your food for mobile order and not one person at the counter to get your order. If some one looks your way no acknowledgment. Terrible service.

Nice friendly staff however not all speak English. Very clean. Quick service. Bipartisan as there as two flat tv monitors in this McDonalds. One with CNN and another with FOX News so there are two sections here. One with CNN (for democrats) and another with Fox News (for republicans).

I can’t remember the last time I ordered a good apple pie from this McDonald’s… they are always burnt and hard I never go back to get a refund or a good one so I can only imagine how many other people are getting robbed by these burnt apple pies. I bought 4 all 4 burnt.

REVIEW regarding visit on 7/17/18 @ approx 1:49PM. Second time FAIL. A month ago fries were out of container..grease everywhere and bag broke and spilled all food due to grease. Today, once again FAIL. Ordered Bigmac meal, 6Piece chicken nugget meal, large diet coke, and a smokehouse and double quarter pounder..just the sandwiches. Was told at the window that order wasn’t ready and instructed to go to mobile pick up parking area to wait for area. 20 minutes later..was about to call, the cleaning lady, holding a broom, brings my order. I asked her to wait while I verified got everything..she says “they only told me to bring food” ..as I opened bag..double quarter is sideways..half open box, no paper wrapper as in others McDonalds..as I picked it up, several ounces of GREASE pour out side of sandwich container..and unto rest of food..I show to janitor and ask that she have manager come out. After waiting another 5-10 minutes I pretty much gave up and drove away..to make matters worse..no fries with one of meals..to late to claim as I was home. WHAT A DISASTER! This McDonalds needs to clean up their act. NOT UP TO PAR, NOT UP TO MCDONALD’S CORPORATE STANDARD. See pics that I attached. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 9, 2025: Overheard rude cook lady in the back describe the custom ordered Double Quarter pounder with extra patties as a “DISGUSTING SANDWICH ” as she gave it to the front attendant to hand to me. No decorum, no respect. Pure savages not fit to work at this long time American Burger establishment. Managers must teach these employees etiquette and respect for their work, the customer and the product their employer produces. It was shocking to hear her loud derogatory comment in Spanish: “SANDWICH COCHINO” as she placed it in the cardboard box. Wow! No respect for themselves or others. #SAD
