I went in to this location on a late lunch break and was immediately turned off by the customer service. The girl was taking my order while laughing and goofing off with the other employees. Made me feel unimportant, uncomfortable, and made me wonder if my order would be correct. I was never welcomed or thanked either. I was greeted with “que gustaaaaa” and when my order was ready “hay estan las gorditas” de muy mala manera. No vuelvo.
Las air vents are full of dust and look like they haven’t been cleaned in MONTHS. I’m afraid of dust lint falling on my food. Not to mention it is HOOOOT IN HERE. It’s at least 80-85 degrees inside and they know it because they have a fan for themselves at the register but none for dine in customers! I’m dying in here and looking at other customers they’re hot too. Like I said I would not come back or recommend this place.
Edit/Update*** Went again with a colleague from work as a quick fast meal and the employees were beyond rude except the older lady making the sides the short darker lady was incredibly rude. I know spanish like a 3.5/10 my friend absolutely NOTHING!! I asked her if she knew english since my friend had some questions regarding what he was going to order she shrugs and laughs and nods with her finger. We immediately left but I will take the time to let you guys know there’s dust falling out the air vents/ fans into the tables where people EAT!!! I will also be reporting the cleanliness to the health department. Now they’re even WORSE!!!!

Ordered gorditas for delivery with DoorDash and received this? This is excessive oil every Gordita was DRENCHED in oil. couldn’t even enjoy $50 worth of food with my family.

This place used to be really good and a great value. It was already 9:30, they didn’t have rajas with queso ready, the gorditas were thick, undercooked on the inside, and overcooked and hard on the outside. Like they were trying to speed up the cooking process.
Maybe it was a Christmas holiday hangover, but to spend $38 and receive such an underwhelming meal was very disappointing.

Basically the only thing we enjoyed was our Jarritos. The meat in our burrito was still red (picadillo), the barbacoa was not reheated properly and tasted funky, the cebolla and cilantro that was out for the community smelt bad and was turning black (had to ask for fresh cut) so when I asked to returned the tacos that were pretty much untouched and disgusting, to at least exchange for a burrito they said they couldn’t do anything about it. This is the Edgemere location. Never had a problem with The other locations

Very disappointing, barbacoa, smelled like fish very untasteful, the chile colorado tasted like tomato sauce, this restaurant has really gone down the drain.I used to really enjoy it.But today’s experience, is one of the worst I’ve ever had, the cashier kept on yelling food looked old and employees seemed frustrated at management personal. Not to mention that I paid almost twenty dollars for 2 burritos and one gordita. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered gorditas to go. The beans and rice tasted bad. Rice was salty. Beans had no salt. Moreover, they taste as if they were stored excessive days.
The colorado gordita was flavorless. The potatoes were not cooked and they tasted funky. I think the potatoes were getting spoiled.

Ordered the Picadillo flour gordita with beans. Was filled about less than half, beans tasted burnt. No plastic forks given. Limonada agua Fresca tasted like powder mix vs fresh & had very little ice. Ask to get more & was refused.

I ordered 3 Gorditas all 3 had hardly no meat rajas had a brick of cheese no rajas I paid $4 for each gordita. Worse mistake ever not coming back it’s the second time they do this I let it slide the first time but not today! This is one of the worse locations to come too save your time and money..check out the photos ridiculous.
