Been to this Sonic Drive-In location twice for a chocolate chip cookie dough Blast, and both times the cookie dough was barely sprinkled on top instead of mixed in, so I basically got plain vanilla ice cream. Customer service was also bad. Not worth the money.

Not going to lie, I hardly ever go to sonoc anymore because of the poor customer service at coincidentally every single one. And unfortunately, it tends to always be from native American individuals because im white. And believe me when i tell you, i am in NO WAY racist whatsoever. But at THIS location, we for once, recieved this oustanding service in an impressively short wait time. I believe her name was Sinthia? And she works the night shift at 11 pm. She put extra care into our simple little tweaks and requests we made to our shakes which usually always get told cant be done or get done poorly everywhere else. She did what we asked with no problem whatsoever. She had a great attitude. Really an all around example of good customer service and this specific restaurant should appreciate the worker that she is because she has so much more potential then a sonic especially in this side of town. Seriously, come to only this sonic and ask for sinthia to make your food here at this time. If shes not here or its anywhere else, dont even bother. It will be a waste of money. And im not even a picky person whatsoever. But seriously sonic is settling for the most disrespectful and disappointing “emplpyeees” these days. But props to this chick.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered a blast, it’s only 3/4 full. The cup is no longer filled and there is a hole in the center where there is no ice cream. Really disappointed. Burger is large and tasty. Think I’ll find a different Sonic.

Everything I ordered for me and my family was correct even with all the substitutions and add ons. The cashier Colleen helped me out to make sure my son’s order was made how he wanted and just took that little bit of extra time helped a lot.

Been to different sonic’s all over the US and this one really suprised me with the freshness and service that goes beyond, when they bring your food they have a little tray with all their sauces in case you want some.

Too many times I have came to this restaurant and my order is always wrong. It’s either not made correctly or I’m missing an item. Food is too expensive to be missing items or your order being messed up. It makes no sense that you repeat my order back to me but yet my order is always wrong.

Absolute worst service. Do not doordash and have to pick up here. After waiting 25 minutes, management cops an attitude. Press the button they say. That’s what I did at the beginning when I got there. How many button pushes do I need to get their attention. Like what?!?! Food just isn’t worth the worst service on planet Earth.
