The “corporate manager” or so he says he is was so rude to me! And this isn’t the first time either I am a single mom with two kids just trying to feed my boys I made a mobile order and they wouldn’t give my food to the person I sent there to get it I called and he told me that I have to physically be in the building to get my food I tried explaining my situation and he said maybe you didn’t hear me the first time or do I need to hang up on you I tried talking again and he repeated himself not hearing me out I struggle with mental illness and his service sent me thru the ground! I was distraught and it wasn’t even that I wasn’t getting my food this had nothing to do with the food at this point it was because of how he talked to me and wasn’t listening to me at all in the slightest this is the WORST service I have ever got I had to call my therapist I also called the police and I’m currently trying to get ahold of the corporate office to report him as well! He doesn’t deserve to work at McDonalds nobody made him have that job so for him to disrespect me like that was just disgusting!

I thought the service was declining due to lack of Employee(s) and perhaps the forced use of technology to order instead of people at a counter….
But no! Tonight was too much! My young adult daughter took a single mom, her sister and two babies to McDonalds. The person was verbally aggressive, rude and obnoxious. They were in the drive through for more than 45 min and completely mistreated. I called to correct the issue and inquire for a manager’s help… apparently that person has left for the evening and it is well known this manager acts this way and is in charge of everyone… so there’s no changing it. They can’t keep up with orders and distantly are thinking of closing early.

Since when does good Ole Micky D’s have the right to say they are fast food when they ARE CLEARLY NOT!!! Since when does ANY business have the audacity to treat customers badly and expect them to use a card when there are people who are employed there are NOT only able to understand how to use a cash register but VERY capable of doing so!!! The kiosk is stupid. Can’t get the order right after 4 times trying do you want business or not??

Judon saw that I came to the window and was driving a trailer so I could not go through the drive-through. He was nice enough to come to the door asked me to order online as a pick up order. Because of the situation that day I had not eaten since breakfastand this was on my way back home downstate. If it wouldn’t have been for him, I would have left a bad review and would have not been back. But because of him and the other staff, that was very friendly highly recommended.

The friendliness of the staff here has gone way down hill as of late. Whereas the staff used to be very friendly and courteous here, they have given way to being confrontational & rude towards their customers. It seems that managers with no managerial or customer support experience have been put in charge and do a poor job of settling conflicts or de-esculating confrontations. Staff as a whole has become confrontational with customers and offer no resolution or response to conflicts or mistakes to orders.
Things definitely need to get back on track here as far as dealing more friendly with the customers are concerned. That is coming from me from an observation standpoint. Sadly, most of your employees you have on staff here would not be working for me if I was running this McDonald’s.

I came with a Friend. Got two Mcdouble value meals.
1 with extra pickles and onions.
No extra onions.
Asked then received a cup of chopped onions.
Asked to remake warm.
Was told no We will not remake.
Management was not accommodating.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s for years, and I can say without a doubt that the quality of everything has declined in the last couple years. I don’t know if they have new workers or a new owner or something, but they need to get their act together. What has fast food come to?

If I could give 0 stars I would.Should have known things wouldn’t change here. A couple of months ago ,I tried paying at the kiosk.It took my card and charged it,but I didn’t get the receipt.When I asked the manager for a receipt,I was told he couldn’t print one and that it didn’t charge my card.
So I ordered at the register.
And within 10 minutes I showed him my statement showing I was charged twice.Manager said not my problem, dispute it with your card.
So I unfortunately decided to give it a try once more.
I ordered extra onion and pickles on my burger, unfortunately I didn’t get any onion on my burger.
Friend to it back up and was given a cold side cup of onions.
So I took it back up and asked them to remake my burger because I didn’t want cold onion on my burger.The manager said he will not remake the untouched burger,but will put it in the microwave to reheat it.I said that wasn’t right,that I would like it remade the correct way.He REFUSED to make what I ordered so that I didn’t have cold food.And laughed about it as he told the employees working.
No more fast food for me.This place definitely needs new management and new employees

I don’t know how to report health code violations, but it’s like they never clean their restaurant. The floors look disgusting in the back and I’ve seen them directly touch the food. I always see the kids messing around in the back, too. Management must be a joke. A&W puts this joke of a restaurant to shame.

The employees genuinely look like they don’t know what they’re doing. Terrible food, waste time. Also, someone tell me why there’s a bald guy running around yelling at people. Is he a manager or something??? Health inspectors need to close this place down ASAP.
