I don’t usually write reviews! But this one was very much needed! I’ve been coming here for the last 2–3 years, and I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that I’ve always been treated so kindly. Rene and Dakota consistently have the best attitudes, customer service, and energy. They are very friendly! I’ve been to high-end, five-star restaurants and haven’t been greeted as amazingly as I am here.
Rene and Dakota never fail to have a smile on their faces, whether it’s busy, rush hour, or they’re short-staffed. I truly hope upper management sees this, because you have two amazing and talented employees. I really hope they’re appreciated as much as we customers appreciate them, because they’re truly irreplaceable.

Literally went inside this Wendy’s to get number 2 Dave double and double baconator…couldn’t even get full fries smh. I told the cashier fresh and she was such a robot couldn’t even focus. By far the worst Wendy’s have to drive out further because hickory hills isn’t it. Noticed the already done burgers sitting on the grill smh couldn’t get nothing fresh just lazy

We came through this Wendy’s, and wow was it amazing. We got burgers and the burger was ridiculously fresh and delicious! I showed my boyfriend that it was so fresh you could actually distinctiely tell the burger was a beautiful medium rare. The best burger I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s ever.
Also, their customer service is always amazing. Rene helped us this time and has in the past as well. He is alqys professional, kind, and gets our orders right! Another honorable mention to the manager and the girls at the store. Everyone always makes everything so much smoother.

The AI feature for Drive Thru is horrendous. This whole trend of everything being AI is getting out of hand. ALSO my Grilled Chicken wrap was cold! The chicken tasted off and I was unable to finish my meal.

Stopped by the restaurant with my toddler to grab food on Sunday night January 25th – the staff couldn’t have been more polite. The food was prepared quickly and the staff let me son pick out his toy for his meal – great experience!

Always super fast, friendly and fresh food. Burgers and chilli are delicious. Super clean and modern dining room with great seating and areas for remote work. I love the diversity of all the staff. Keep up the great work.

This Wendy has the WORST customer Service I have ever seen!!! Just unbelievable the management Especially John !!! They need to take care of the customers First not Apologize after you go to Another Wendy’s to get your food and call back for John’s Information because your calling corporate. And he Still wants to Argue and tell you he’s got 25 years Experience time for a career change honey !!!!

I have been a frequent customer for many years and, by and large, have had few problems, and love the food. Then my last two visits introduced me to ordering via AI. The first visit was with the old order screen display and Today’s, was with an upgraded order screen. On the first visit the Ai didn’t allow me to correct them when they added mayonnaise and onions to my burgers that I didn’t want and told me to move on to the payment window. Of course with a line of cars waiting I couldn’t change the order without pulling around to the front and waiting again. Today with the new AI order display screen things seems to go better and I completed my order on the display for a burger with just lettuce and tomato. Then when I got home, you guessed it, my burger also had mayo and onions on it. Seems like even when the AI did it’s job, the staff failed. I sure miss talking to a real person. 🙁

The Best Wendy’s to go close to the house! Very clean and the workers know how to treat customers! Great neighborhood as well ! The Wendy’s in Bridgeview is a dump ! You stick to the floor and the ice-cream machine never seems to be working! We will definitely be returning to Wendy’s in Hickory Hills

You will wait minimum 10 minutes if you want coffee through the drive through. They will not give you packets of sugar, they will tell you they have to make the coffee for you. And don’t ask for anything the AI doesn’t understand. I asked for a large cup of ice, and I asked the lady again at the window. I received an attitude with my small cup. The employees are miserable and will treat you that way. It must be an awful place to work if they are that angry.
