The staff are super kind and personable, especially my server, Britt. I wasn’t having the best day and went somewhere safe food wise, and she made me feel super comfortable. It’s a nice reminder that chain places offer hospitable service too.

At this particular location, the servers are consistently kind and attentive, making the dining experience even better. I always loved this place, I love the furniture and lights and everything. Okay, so, we went here on labor day after going school supplies shopping. We apparently were supposed to get an appetizer to get something for free, but the lady who was serving us forgot to ask, but she was so kind and didn’t charge us for that. The food was really good, my only problem about it though is I wish they gave the kids more food. The food options aren’t my big concern, it’s the amount of food, I feel as though that won’t fill them up enough. I’m a teenager, but I could easily be mistaken for an 11 year old, so I got the kids menu because its nostalgic, I also love the yogurt from the kids menu. I love this place overall.

We ordered online and went to pick up in person. Their front desk staff (he had dreads) was so polite and greeted me so nicely. He kept me appraised on the t status of my food and once it was ready he made sure I had all utensils and that my order was correct. The food was amazing. Everything was made better than i expected, given the reviews. Thankfully I had a better experience! I would be back again !

For Applebee’s this place is good. But, it’s Applebee’s so take that how you will. Wings weren’t bad but not my favorite sauces. The quesadilla burger was pretty good actually, best thing I ate all night. Tasted good and stayed together while I ate it which is a plus. The onion rings weren’t much different than what you can buy from the frozen section at a grocery store, pretty run of the mill and nothing special. The chips that come with salsa and dips are okay. The buffalo chicken sandwich was fine. Fries were pretty good although very standard.
The service was actually very good, which is a common theme at this location. The manager and waitress were very accommodating for a birthday dinner we had here. And our waitress was very enthusiastic, happy, and was able to joke with our lively group.

I was here not too long ago. Late night fried foods and drinks. The service was not the best and we did have to wait an extraordinarily long time for an order to be taken and then to receive our food. The food wasn’t that great when it arrived. The prices are okay I think you can always do better at a TGI Fridays or a Chili’s.

Gabi A is quite literally really rude. She is the bartender.
-From the moment that she answered the phone to take my car side to go order,
– To the moment she told me that I needed to come in to pay instead of coming out to collect my payment for the car side to go,
-To the moment she made me feel like I was stupid because I wanted the normal to go 20 ounce cup that always come with Togo orders. but apparently there’s a new smaller plastic can option that wasn’t even filled all the way and is tall and too skinny for my oversized cup holder. …She then mansplained to me How to open a can and put a straw in the hole and asked me how that would spill? It spills because a skinny can doesn’t fit in a big hole and stay still for a 2 Hour Drive.
All the better she didn’t pack any to even eat my meal.

I’d much rather go to tinton falls Applebee’s I did a order on Uber Eats and my food came with hair in it and things missing from my order. They were very unhelpful. Doing have to worry about me again

I’ve had some good experiences here, so it pains me to write this review. In my party of three, two of us found hairs in our meals that were not ours. One would be forgivable, as accidents happen, but two? Someone clearly wasn’t wearing a hair net.
