Ordered online via their app. Easy, fast, came to pick up. Great Customer service as always. I do want to make a correction on the video, I will be back I just won’t be ordering the Super Bacon Egg & Cheese. I’ll be sticking to the Regular Bacon Egg & Cheese meal. The App awarded me the Raisin Cinnamon Roll, it definitely doesn’t look like their advertisement but it was warm.
I’m a bodybuilder so eating a sandwich & tasting everything but the egg sucks. But the entire meal was warm so that’s a good thing.

Drive-thru lady was not rude but definitely not friendly. I travel the us for work, and I’m always excited when I am around Hardee’s around breakfast time. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. This was supposed to be a loaded omelet biscuit biscuit, which was horrible, and it’s the reason I came to Hardee’s at all and barely had two bites with any meat. I’m going to start calling business on the way they let their franchises run. I know it won’t do anything, but it’s experiences like this that turn people away from your establishment.

I think this is the cleanest and best tasting Hardees I’ve been too.
It’s almost impossible to find a cleaner and better tasting Hardees.

This is hands down the BEST Hardee’s in all the St Louis area. #1 in quality, customer service and we always enjoy eating here. People are friendly, food tastes fresh and delicious. Love love love it

Today I ordered the new breakfast burger. Gross and disgusting are the words that come to mind. They handed me a sandwich that must have been sitting around for an hour. First, it was cold. The cheese was hard and brittle and the tater tots were so soggy they might as well have been oatmeal. When I complained they offered the to make a fresh one (which is what they should have done from the start) but the nasty crap they served me had already ruined my appetite. This is not the first bad experience I have had recently. It’s sad because this is my neighborhood spot and I have been eating here for 15 years, but I think it may be time to save myself the trouble and stop eating here.

I went with a friend to get her lunch. Im not a Hardee’s fan. Went thru the drive thru. The service was pleasant enough.& fairly quick.
Not a fan because I just dont like the food there. And it isn’t just Hardee’s im just not a fast food burger place kind of person. Sorry to you that love Hardee’s.
She got the chicken nugget wrap because they’re 2 for $5.00. I didn’t eat.
Overall if you like fast food burgers im sure Hardee’s would be a good place to go.

I went at 11:15 to get lunch and the breakfast menu was up in the drive thru. I asked if they were still serving breakfast and they said no. It ends at 10:30. Then she said what do you want and I said I don’t know because your breakfast menu is still up. She got upset with me and said she would have someone come change it in a little bit and asked me what I want again. She told me to figure it out. I was pissed. I said nevermind and drove away. I called and asked for the manager and she would not give me her name. The conversation was not pleasant for either of us. I will never go back. This restaurant is horrible. I did try the red bean burrito just to try something different and it was actually pretty good I am surprised and the prices were reasonable so they have come a long way since the last time I was there. I know it looks horrible and that little burrito had hardly anything on it but it was only $2.45 so the look of it was nasty but it was pretty good I would definitely try it again they were not as rude this time as they were the last time. I’ve been there twice sence and no service. They always say there system is down. I’m furious.
