I absolutely hate to be writing this review but since this is the 2nd time now, I will. Tonight we came in around 7:15pm and ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwich combos and 1 extra Chick-fil-A sandwich. It took FOREVER to place the order and then forever in the line waiting. When arrived at the window and waited, watching the girls carry on with each other and confused with orders. 4 of them were working the drive in. Then the young lady comes up and asks us to move to the VIP spot. After waiting another 6 minutes she comes out and says sorry for wait. No problem. As we start to sort the food. No napkins and fries are cold. Sandwich was only warm!! Now when you pull to wait for your food it is normally piping hot. Not this time. So major disappointment for a Chick-fil-A. I have NEVER been to a Chick-fil-A that when you said thank you, their response wasn’t “My Pleasure!” I have never been to a Chickfila that the food wasn’t hot and perfect. Never been to a chickfila that didn’t have napkins in my bag. Not sure what is happening with the sylacauga location but the managers need to make some employee changes. Those little differences have always made such distinction between Chick-fil-A vs Burger King. They just lowered their standards.

I am absolutely amazed by this Chic-fil-A. I had a large order for pickup through the drive thru. One of the 20-ish items was prepared incorrectly. We had pulled over in the parking lot to check our food and just ourselves had noticed the issue. The manager of this store (Michael) called me before I left the parking lot to A) apologize and B) to inform and correct the issue. I was flabbergasted. This is why I love Chic-Fil-A. Extremely good service! Michael deserves his flowers for being an outstanding employees and steward of the Chic-Fil-A mindset. Bravo!

I hate to write a bad review especially on Chick Fil A. People need to know. The service here was not good and the sandwich was not either. When I am paying a lot of money I expect to get both good service and etable food. We arrived around 5:30 PM and there were only two cars at the window none at the order line. We arrived at the window and waited to place our order. When the person took our order we asked for a Fried Chicken Sandwich and 3 chicken tenders meal with Lemon aid. We have learned from experince at many of these establishments you have to ask them to half fill with ice so we asked for one half filled with ice and a no ice lemon aid. When we arrived at the window the staff gets along… so they were having a good time which is great if they can do that as well as serve customers. We were handed our back of food and it appeard all was well. We waited for our drinks then the person at the window was like OH did you get your drinks… No not yet… Oh hang on…what did you get… I said 1 lemonaid half ice and one no ice. OK got our drinks. We are traveling through so we drive off and discover we did not receive a fried chicken sandwich but a grilled… Very different texture and flavor so…. it was a wasted meal. Sadly I ordered the three piece chicken tender and they are very small. (Not the stores fault at all. Charge more provide less is the new fast food montra.). So sharing was difficult. Thank goodness the potatoe fries met expectations. Bottom line micro managing is a must at ALL fast food place. Everything from drinks to what is between the bun. But Hey we all get to pay more for less of everything.

I got to tell you something. I left my credit card here like a darn fool and was going to do the “cancel it and order a new one thing” but decided to try calling the place that I last used it. That was this restaurant where I got a delicious chicken sandwich. Well, I called them to see if it was there and they said yes si I drove on over, showed my ID and got it back. I could just tell you, at a lot of places, that card would have been used a hundred times over the weekend. There’s a reason it’s called God’s Chicken.

Sat in the drive thru line waiting for the person to come on the intercom for a good 4 minutes – my favorite song started and finished so I’m sure about the 4 minutes. A car pulls up in the next line over and they immediately serve them??? And leave me to continue waiting… poor service.

Usually I enjoy eating here but today I left there feeling very cheated- (for lack of another word that would be considered inappropriate.) I get there are serving guidelines but this is less than even to the rim… I won’t be ordering another frozen lemonade from here again.

Can we PLEASE, for the love of chicken, teach these kids to make an ice cream cone?! I eat here a couple of times a week. Once a week I get a dream cone. It can’t be that hard!! And please stop touching the cone with your bare hand! This is not the first time!!

Entire order was wrong and the boy in the drive through was rude. I don’t think you should work in food service if you can’t read the screen and make what the screen says. As someone who has experience working fast food it really isn’t that difficult to read, especially when there’s no other orders at the time. Took 15 minutes on my food and couldn’t even get it right or put my sauce in the bag. 14$ for a simple combo should atleast buy me decent service and edible food.
