Waited at the window for another 5 minutes for a guy to come up and help us , then charge us for the extra food we were missing, then we waited an additional 15 minutes. At the end , food was RAW , my burger meat was pink and my hot dog in my chili cheese coney was like a raw hotdog , not cooked whatsoever, and then my shakes just taste horrible ,never coming here again sorry.
I’ve been going to this location for over a decade. The past few months though haven’t been great. Missing items, incorrect order, drinks with no syrup, burger missing toppings, etc. Most of this I brush off as folks having a bad day, and I just deal as I drove off before triple checking things.
This time though, I’ve been sick and thrown up multiple times. I haven’t eaten anything else in over 24 hours, so it’s not something else I ate. Once I had completely emptied the contents of my stomach, I immediately felt fine and have been able to eat/drink since without any issues.
I don’t leave reviews, but this was the first time I’ve actually gotten sick eating somewhere. I’m usually fine with the occasional mix up or long wait, but once you’re making people sick, that needs to be addressed.
Oh, and they messed up my order. Again.
I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. First off, we used the machine and they told us to go through drive Once we finally got to the drive-thru, only to sit there for another 15 minutes with no one answering the intercom and no cars ahead of us.
We had waited at the window for another 15 minutes to even get our food. When we finally got our food, it was beyond disappointing. The bun was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The bacon was also beyond burnt and ruined. No sauces were included, and honestly, the food quality was a joke. To top it off, we were lied to about the machines being down — and there were clearly multiple employees working, so there was no reason for the delay or lack of service. On top of that the employees seemed clueless as they charged us for stuff we didn’t order, leading it to be 40 dollars for two combos. They also didn’t tell us that the machine for the milkshakes wasn’t even working till we got to the window.
This place has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ll never be back.
