Okay so I love frappes. Especially the caramel ones. Well I had my husband run to McDonald’s next to our house this morning. Tell me why they only filled it up this high? I have NEVER gotten a frappe back like this. I have went to the McDonald’s in Searcy McDonald’s and they look better than this. Even with a large. Plus the ones there are a lot nicer I noticed than here in Beebe. I really don’t understand why it was such a problem to ask if the frappe machine was working today. Literally I have been told by an ex employee that like he said, they only say that because the workers are lazy and don’t want to make frappes for the days. Literally I’ve been told this by others.

If I could provide a -10 I would stopped late night to get some food after I requested fries be remade because it was too much salt I then received a large fry with twice as much salt, requested no ice in drink and nuggets felt like bricks. Don’t come here keeping driving 30 minutes to next town!

Multiple customers waiting 15+ minutes including myself. Every order in drive thru was handed out wrong and brought back in. See attached photos for quality of food. Daily Double made incorrectly as well. Everyone was complaining of cold fries in the restaurant. Had a customer leave without their order and multiple potential customers walked out. To top it off, an employee was walking in his knees goofing off in front of customers. Will NEVER return to this location.

I’m a McDouble connoisseur. I’ve enjoyed the good ones, tolerated the bad ones, and powered through the ‘questionable’ ones. But this? This was a culinary anomaly. It managed to be bone-dry and rock-hard while simultaneously being soggy and dripping in all the wrong places. It was majestically inedible—a literal paradox between two buns.
The Math: * -6 stars for failing the basic ‘is this food?’ test.
+1 star because the staff was actually lovely (they clearly didn’t know what the kitchen was brewing).
+2 stars for the sheer level of expertise required to make something this impressively terrible. It takes talent to defy the laws of physics like this

Stopped by to use the restroom and ordered an iced coffee as I was driving through Beebee. I didn’t know they were running a special so the drink was much cheaper than I expected. But I and the two other customers inside had to wait a long time compared to the drive though customers, as they didn’t seem to have anyone dedicated to the counter inside. There was an indicator showing pending orders which apparently didn’t show us inside folks at all. The woman tending us was apologetic when my coffee finally arrived.
This must be a new refresh for McDonald’s, as everything was spiffy and shiny looking. LOTS of video ordering kiosks, but since all I was getting was a drink and I wanted to pay cash, I didn’t use one. I don’t go to McDonald’s much, and their video kiosks are frankly kind of a turn off to me.

The Service?!?! No one that works here cares about thier job. No one knows what they are doing. No one has any customer service skills. Everyone hates their life and job.
The Food?!?! The food is never correct or served quickly. The quality….what quality? It’s horrible. Do not eat here. Literally anywhere else would be a better choice. Gas station food is better. The food in the trash at a gas station is better. Stay away.
The Atmosphere??!?! It has the atmosphere of an unkept cave. It’s dirty, sticky, dead flies everywhere. I came in one time and someone left dirty shoes sitting on a table and no one picked them up.

Food was absolutely atrocious, contacted McDonald’s representative due to lack of food safety concern. Chicken nuggets came out of the bag cold and unappetizing, yet charred with black flakes and residue. Fries cold as well, drive through line was a hassle because I was skipped or forgotten and left sitting! I spent $20 even after using the app for discounts but I suppose you get what you pay for. Whenever I first complained about my fries being cold I was refused any service about the issue, instead I was given a complaint on the employees end, something to the likes of “I shouldn’t even be here I’m not getting overtime”. Had my food been warm or at least looked appealing, I wouldn’t be so angry about the service. Obviously you don’t care about me or my families business, so we will take it across the street to Burger King, whopper for life. Admittedly I ate a chicken nugget to see if the charred skin meant it was fresh… alas… to my dissatisfaction the nugget was cold. As I reacted in disgust I desperately reached for the tea in the middle console only to find the tea tasted barely sweetened. As if the tea was old or the unsweetened tea. Truly a miserable experience not to mention 2:00pm on a Sunday, the line was atrocious as well as the experience as a whole.

Wouldn’t stop here again if it was the last place on earth! My food was ready but instead of them handing it to me, they kept looking at it and me and flying Everyone else’s order out but mine! At first I thought maybe they were waiting on one item or something but they were not! Cause they grabbed the bag right on up and handed it to me 15 mins later! Cold and old! Do better!

This is one of if not the worst McDonald’s i have been too. Food piled up on belt at 2 pm biscuits from early morning. Chemicals uncontroled and employees unwilling to help lobby customers. I was picking up a delivery and didn’t want to eat there. This is an everyday situation at this store.

Unfortunately, there were two teenagers inside who were vaping. They continued vaping and went into the bathroom together. We told the manager, but they didn’t do anything; maybe they were friends, or who knows. Those teenagers left through the main door and walked away. McDonald’s is a family place. They shouldn’t put people at risk.
