Ordered breakfast this morning asked for a lemonade. What I got was weak lemon flavored water. Tried to call them over 15 times over an hour phone busy probably off the hook On purpose. Will update when I get a hold of management sure they will offer a replacement, but people are paying more than average for women flavored water very weak very disappointed. They should’ve stuck with Minute Maid!

MOTHERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! Literally the worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. Had an issue with an online order I placed and nobody would help me. Had to explain the issue to 3 different people, including the manager, who laughed at me. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Left in tears with no food (that I had paid for as I’d proven by showing my order in the app) with 2 kids under 2 years old. Zero compassion and zero customer service skills. Wrote corporate who was not helpful either. Kept saying the issue had to be dealt with at the store even though the issue was with the manager, who was well aware of what happened and couldnt care less. So nobody did anything. What a joke. It’s been a year and I’ll still never go back. Even if I’m right next to it, I’ll drive to the other exit because that store doesn’t deserve anyone’s business, especially mothers.

I came in this past Saturday, and the workers was rude. They messed up my order 3 times and the manager was rude when I was trying to fix my order. She then proceeded to yell at the kid that was helping me, I wasnt mad at the kid I was more mad at the fact my food was wrong that many times. I try my best to not come to this location but it’s on the way home so I sometimes stop here. They never get it right. Some of the staff is rude and seem frustrated when you try to talk to them. Some of the workers are distracted talking to friends instead of working, and the atmosphere is just all together bad. I’d treat my staff better try to teach your staff how to talk to customers cause it’s ridiculous how angry and snotty the staff gets when there’s a problem.

Anytime to go to this McDonald’s, plan on a 10-15 minute wait regardless of how much/little food you order and regardless of time of day.

It took 10 minutes to get our food. There were 5 cars behind me waiting on food. The server dropped the sack of food in my lap. Pissed me off. Got home, all the food was all jumbled up all the fries were spilled out in the bag. This is not the first time for this crap. But its the last. I’m done.

10/18/2025: Went through the drive thru today. We waited for 15 minutes until someone finally answered. Then waited another 15 minutes for our food. Terrible service and the food wasn’t even good. Do better.

This is the fifth time that they’ve messed my daughter’s order up. They either don’t give her the extra fry or they don’t give her any sweet-and-sour or both. My child is autistic. She has a routine and I’m the one that has deal with the consequences of it it’s absolutely ridiculous.
