First time trying Cuban cuisine and it didn’t disappoint. Welcoming staff and very nice decor. We had reservations and were immediately seated. Our server was excellent in communication and our food came in a timely manner. My drink was great but I wanted to change a few ingredients and the server without hesitation made it precisely to my liking. Food had tons of flavor and perfect portions my taste. The best part was probably the passion fruit mojito! So much so I had another one made! definitely a hidden gem and worth trying! Will be back to try other items on menu, seems like everything they have is worth trying. Service really was the true winner out of all the other winning aspects. Had a wonderful experience.

Service was good but I was charged over $290 for 2 yuca frita, 2 ropa vieja ($190 on just the 2 ropa vieja), a moscow mule, a pineapple drink and 2 flan dessert. After checking reviews i feel i was slapped on the face… I liked the food but i feel i was charged too much – not to mention the 20% gratuity included

I had a bridal shower event here for my sister. My family are so thankful to the staff that assisted us at the event. The customer service was impeccable. They were so helpful and supportive throughout the event. They were attentive to everyone especially the bride to be, myself, and the groom. They made this event incredibly smooth and stress free. Can’t say enough thanks. We are so grateful.

Horrible service, went for happy hour and dinner. Happy hour was at the bar first time I see that there are reservations at the bar especially when you running a deal. We ordered margaritas, horrible the lime they used is like the bottled cheap lime, my other friend ordered Jack and Ginger Ale which was horrible as well then bartender went on to say they were having issues with the soda machine , then why serve it. Then we moved to a table for dinner it was my friends birthday dinner, we were seating at the table for over 20 minutes, no one came to the table to at least say I will be right with you. We actually decided to take a drive all the way to Rocville Centre to Papa Gallo, no regrets but the 45 minute drive, but service, food and music was amazing highly recommend.

For Easter this year my family did brunch at Coco Bistro, and all I can say is WOW. I have to start by saying, we always thought that Maureen’s Kitchen had our favorite pancakes but every single person at my table agreed that the pancakes we had here were the absolute best we’ve ever had. We had to stop my mom from asking for the recipe LOL. Also, the vanilla latte was so so yummy. I had the breakfast burrito and my boyfriend had the steak and eggs and we devoured it. The steak is phenomenal and it was cooked to perfection (I ask for medium rare and often it’s overcooked in other places). Overall such a delicious meal, it’s been a while since I’ve been truly impressed by a restaurant but this one definitely did it for me. We loved it so much my boyfriend and I are actually going tonight for the prix fixe menu, very excited!!!!!
Update: We loved dinner as well! Skirt steak we already expected to be amazing and it was, paella was also flavorful and I absolutely loved the texture of the rice. The beef empanadas for appetizers were so good that we kinda wish we had both gotten the empanadas! Chocolate lava cake did not disappoint either. Overall 10/10 will definitely be coming back!!!

First time at the restaurant, I didn’t have a reservation but the service was fast and very friendly. a warm and very comfortable atmosphere, delicious food accompanied with wine and the best thing was the company. And on the third level with a dance floor, the bar, the music, a good mix, everything was perfect, I had no reason to look for another place to dance after dinner because I found everything here. I recommend it 100% I loved the place I hope to return soon. thanks for your attention

Our first impression was what a large restaurant. When you first walk in, a beautiful semi-outdoor patio you can eat on. Proceed inside and up the stairs for the bar and main dining areas. A little darker than we like in a restaurant. Appetizers: The Mango wings were flavorful, with a perfect crunch when you bite into them. The Meatball Wellington was large, and excellent, served on a bed of red sauce. And the Crab Cakes garnished with guacamole and Mango – delicious. They just needed to be slightly more fried on the outside, for an outer crunch. For dinner, I had the Seafood Mofongo, which was excellent. My husband had the steak, which he didn’t enjoy. The steak looked anemic, like it was baked. It was supposed to be marinated, but was bland. Service was excellent. Overall, definitely a good meal.

Can’t believe it took me this long to get here, it’s been on my list for a while and it definitely did not disappoint. Everything was exquisite, from flavor to delivery. Lovely atmosphere and they have a nice outdoor sitting area. Will definitely be back soon enough. I got the coconut mussels which were so creamy and flavorful. The pork chops were tender and delicious and the veggies were made to perfection. Finished with the flan which was the icing on the cake 😉
