Big props to James — he absolutely knocked it out of the park! The chips and salsa were fresh and delish, and the QP was cooked to perfection. James went above and beyond and even introduced us to the 3 for Me! Great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Starting with thr atmoshpere; its barely changed since I was a kid and we used to go there. I did wish the music wasn’t as loud, but I do think we may have been seated close to a speaker. Thankfully the restaurant, restroom, and dishes were all clean.
The service was great, the waiters and waitresses were all friendly, the food came out quickly. Literally nothing more I could ask for from them.
The food was the worst part of the experience, which isn’t something you would hope for in a restaurant. The steak in the fajitas was so overdone it was chewy, the shrimp managed to be bland even though it was coated in seasoning, and the guacamole barely had any taste to it at all. The chicken was of good quality, and as such had a good chicken taste to it. One of us got the pasta dish, dont get it! The best part of it is the Texas toast, besides that its not good. They ate it because they dont like complaining and making staffs job more difficult but its truly not worth the price. The best part of the meal was the chips and dip, and even then there’s so many places that have chips that as just as good and free.
Whilst the staff were lovely the food and price of said food was very much not lovely.

Came here on a Saturday at 9:40 PM it was not packed there were maybe 20 tables full if that. The service was horrible. Took us 20 min to get our drinks. On top of that went to the bathroom and the ladies facility was a complete mess!!! I mean absolutely disgusting!!! After that we got our food, we got the fajitas for two. The tortillas were cold and stuck together. Our server never gave us refills on our drinks and it was like pulling teeth trying to flag him down. I will NEVER eat at chilis again. They have lost my service permanently!!! Highly disappointed.

Server did a wonderful job. We ordered the burger fries and endless chips and salsa and added queso. It was absolutely delicious the pace if the food was great not to slow not to fast. Salsa was bot hot enough but the flavor was on point. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

This is our third time dining at Chili’s Grill & Bar, and once again, the food quality was outstanding. Their hamburgers are excellent, and honestly, everything on the menu looks—and tastes—amazing.
What truly sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. It is absolutely out of this world. The staff is friendly, smiling, and genuinely engaging every step of the way. They consistently check in to see how the food is and make sure the experience is enjoyable from start to finish.
Highly recommend this place for both great food and exceptional service.

Very busy but very good. Went in for the Wicked Margaritas (Good Witch slams) and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. As a part of 5 on a Saturday night we had a long wait that we were able to spend at the bar and even got chips and salsa. The bartender Kendall was lovely. We were seated in James section and he was efficient and friendly – always checking in and being quick even though he had at least 6 or 7 full tables calling on his time. I got the triple dipper and the sliders are excellent, the honey-Chipotle Mozz and Crispers were excellent. All in all we had a wonderful time and turned my mom from a Chili’s nay-sayer into a Chili’s believer.

Our waiter James was amazing. Very attentive and super friendly. Everyone who brought our food was friendly as well. The chips and salsa that come with the 3 for me deal is a huge bowl. More than enough for two people. And the tortilla soup was some of the tastiest soup we’ve ever had. Great job!

I had a fantastic experience at Chili’s when I went for drinks and dinner at the bar. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. The bartenders and staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure that we had a great dining experience. The drinks were delicious and perfectly crafted, and the food was flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend Chili’s for a great night out with excellent food and service. I will definitely be returning for more delicious meals and good times at Chili’s.

I’m giving 5 stars because the other 2 people with me were happy with their meal. I ended up not eating because I couldn’t find anything that was gluten free or something that didn’t look spicy.
I’ll blame the other 2 people for dragging me here because it’s not the restaurants fault that I am in a place where there is a huge red chili pepper on the sign. However what does concern me is that many times I can at least get something safe off of a kids menu and couldn’t this time. Im not sure if all parents try to avoid spicy for Littles or not, but the option should definitely be on kids menu.
Other than that it was clean, a little too dark for my taste and my semi blind husband.
Bathroom was clean.
Parking lot well lit, decent access to the door for disability.

Food was great as per usual! Came out fast and hot! Company was great! The runner who bought our food was super friendly, chipper and very helpful!! Our waitress was too quick to talk for us. She over talked my son who requested a table booth. She checked on us after the food was served and came back and gave my son some water. That was it. Did not tell us how much the check was. We are loyalty members so we knew, but she did not know who we were. This review was based on my experience yours may differ.
