Terrible place. That goofy guy with glasses that works the drive thru at night should check his goofy attitude. How you get frustrated you messed our order up? Food was sloppy and nasty. You wait 25 mins just to place your order. Just a never again for me.

Upon entry the place was clean. Well stocked condiment area and clean counters.
Promptly helped at the counter. Ordered various things. I haven’t been to a taco bell worth much lately. But this one filled the tacos with meat and lettuce and tomatoes. Sour cream plentiful. Honestly very good. The steak and cheese burrito was very tasty and the cinnamon twists were sweet and hot

For a change. This was a good stop. Four stars only because taco bell is not for the budget conscious anymore. Quite pricey.

This location I will return to when back in the area !

Everything was filthy and sticky. All the tables, the chairs, and the drink station was a disgusting mess. The restroom was dirty and out of toilet paper. The picture of the hand dryer is just funny because it’s terrible placement.
The staff I spoke with were very nice, especially the young man whose name I didn’t see. A special needs man came in and ordered and that young man was so unbelievably kind and patient with him.
The food was okay at best. My nachos were somehow burnt with minimal toppings, they may as well have not even been there.

Ordered 2 baja blast to go. Was nothing but soda water could not drink them. Ordered the new nachos with out meat and extra beans. Got no beans and extra meat. Could not eat it. This was at 11 30 pm after work. How fustrating.

We’ve had good luck in the recent past here, until this week. 2 nights in a row, they included things that were marked none. Things we can’t have, but were still included. Nobody seems to read excluded items anymore.

The staff at the window, great. Whoever makes the food, not so much.

Staffed by the laziest workers, and owned by the dumbest owner in Monroe. I do not know how your business can operate when you turn away all customers after 4 PM. I have tried to visit this location 5 times in the last 6 weeks, only once did I manage to get a single “soft shell taco” when there was no line at 4:00 PM November 28th 2022. Didn’t get the fire sauce I requested, or any napkins. Would you eat this? I am only writing a review because I had left one a month ago, not nearly as long as this and it was deleted. I love taco bell, but this establishment needs to do better or be shut down permanently.

Today was my worst experience with Taco Bell ever. I have limited food options on the road due to the nature of my job, so Taco Bell is usually my go to when stopping for gas somewhere. Generally, I like the company and love the food. HOWEVER, today I had a terrible experience at this, 1300 North 60 Hwy, Monroe MI, location. After I ordered my chalupa tacos, they brought it out to me before I even finished filling my drink. I was excited at first, thinking, wow that was fast how professional of them. Unfortunately, when I got out to my car and started eating the taco, it was cold on the inside, and there was no cheese on the outside, and the outside was cold and flaking off (There is generally supposed to be melted cheese stuck on the outside. I attached photos of this.). So then I called the location to tell them about my experience, I wanted to at least hear an apology from them. Instead the employee I spoke to defended that they were done fresh, perfectly, especially for me, and that is how they are supposed to be and that I shouldn’t be complaining. Which is impossible to begin with, since they were done within a minute of me ordering them, so they couldn’t have done them especially for me (which is fine with me, just don’t want eat cold, not cooked, tacos). After suggesting that maybe she should find another job if she can’t deal with customers and food, she dropped the f-bomb on me. I was very shocked. Then we exchanged some rough words, and I realized that this wasn’t worth my time, and hung up. But then she called me back and started threatening me that she would find me using my phone number on the internet, find the company I work for, and cause me problems. At which point I was too shocked to even continue talking to her. I don’t want to hold this against Taco Bell as a company, but this location is doomed to be horrible if this employee keeps working there. Best to avoid it all together.

Absolutely the worst taco bell location in the area. This time they said they couldn’t take orders because they were understaffed. We had ordered through the app prior to driving there and were told it would be a minimum of a fifteen minute wait.

Two taco bell staff were in the parking lot smoking and doing nothing else.

Owner needs to slam these managers and fire the staff not working.

Still the absolute worst taco bell in Southeast Michigan. Put in a mobile order thinking that would be better. Order put in at 12:30pm. Arrived to get order and the app said it was received… but the person in the drive thru said it wasn’t. Asked us to wait 10 minutes and try again.

App said the money was taken and the order was handed out. We roll through again… still nothing. Ask us to come inside.

We go inside, show the order… they ask us to write it down. Write it down… FINALLY GET OUR FOOD OVER AN HOUR LATER. LEAVE THE PARKING LOT AT 1:53PM. I would have left if not for them already charging me. What a waste of time.

MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED. OWNER SHOULD HAVE THE FRANCHISE TAKEN… ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION.

GO TO NADEAU ROAD OR TELEGRAH IF YOU WANT TB… AVOID THIS PLACE ENTIRELY. IT SHOULD BE CLOSED.

That’s a “Mexican pizza” and taco handed to us. We threw all 45 dollars of “food” in the trash.

I genuinely don’t know how this location stays open. We get food here maybe once a year because we figure it’s been so long what are the odds it’s still horrible.

Every single time, they absolutely obliterate the order. I don’t know if they get them mixed up, if they can’t read, or what the deal is. We will get about 5-6 items and we will get a bag with 5-6 items and if we’re lucky, 1 or 2 items are from our order.

And with every item being $6+ anymore, we always go back to get it corrected and are met with attitude and arguments each time. Demanding the receipt (which is fine, but we can’t even explain that the order was wrong first) and then arguing saying that the items are correct when they are literally right in front of us, wrong.

On top of that, I’ve never seen slower service. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only vehicle in the drive thru, or with 10 other cars, it’s 10-15 minutes per vehicle.
