I am extremely pissed off at what I brought home. First off- It was ordered through pick up, nobody comes out at the curbside. So, I went in and had to LOOK for a worker. Then, after confusion on my ONLY pick up order they had . I get home to see the French onion soup is not even 1/2 in the cup. The OM Burger has NO BURGER/NO MEAT! Hello? But it did have 1 extra dried up bun that I could throw and knock someone out with and it was only the bottom 1/2 it literally crumbled… just nasty…And 1 slice of cheese sitting on the side. This is ridiculous! And the chicken Parmesan I ordered 2 because my son was eating also. Were dried out with old looking cheese sitting on them. The chicken looked like it’s been kicked around as a football. Just NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. Luckily, I was too tired and angry to drive back up there cause it would have went real bad. I did get my money back from door dash though.

We stopped in for an early dinner after antiquing. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all but we had a long wait for the lack of guests.
We ordered 3 appetizers, they came to the table and were small.
We placed our order and the food took a long time.
Our waitress was kind and attentive to us.
My wife’s salad was wrong (small diced tomatoes, a lot) when she asked for no tomatoes. She did her best to pick them out.
Our waitress apologized for the kitchen error and offered a replacement but the wait was already terrible for a dining area that wasn’t busy.
Ribs were no where close to “fall of the bones” as described and were HEAVILY seasoned and dry even with the bbq sauce.
Other items like boneless wings were cold upon arrival (as an entree) for the teens.
When brought up the waitress was sincere and still attentive. She went and got the manager and thats where it went further downhill.
The manager was argumentative with us as we described what was going on and stated the wings were and appetizer and thats probably why they were “cold” even after we and the waitress stated it was a meal and all delivered together.
The manager was very defensive towards us and kinda treated us like we were beneath her.
After us talking to the manager we seen said manager take the waitress to the side in the dining area in front of customers by the restroom area and scolded the waitress.
1, it wasn’t the time or place to be handled
2, the waitress was visibly emotional after this scolding was given in customer view.
One of our party even walked up to the restroom during it and heard and it was at that time the manager walked away.
UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Feel sorry for our waitress.
Yes, SOME of the meal was comped and we were given 3 $5 off coupons lol
The interior was in distress and lighting was horribly low also
Do better Applebee’s!

Stopped in last night for a quick bite to eat. The server was phenomenal. The manager came by and was so friendly and even made my daughter feel special for her birthday. I can’t remember if her name is Courtnee or Tori but either way KEEP her!!

we traveled about an hour from home to come here. we came here about a year ago and they were out of literally everything, but we decided to give it another chance. i was very excited for the cupid drink, only for them to tell us they don’t accept vertical ID’s. I was very upset as that was one of the main reasons we came there, but wasn’t going to let it ruin my experience, as i saw they also had smoothies. I ordered one only for them to tell me the machines were down. was very dissapointed about both. then, we ordered the o-m-cheese burger. it wasn’t that good. literally just a normal cheeseburger, the skillet cheese was completely stuck to the pan. barely had any cheese on the actual burger. fries and mashed potatoes were bland, since they didn’t have gravy. only good thing about the experience was the quesadilla burger. we have decided we definitely won’t be coming back. something is always down or they’re always out of stuff.

maddison was a great server! was fast and efficient and very good with conversation. nick o believe was the manager and he was very helpful as well with all the extra things we needed. 10/10 visit in overall!

I haven’t been to an Applebee’s since I was 16. Honestly? It was great. My group enjoyed the food, the waitress (completely forget her name and I wish I could shout her out) was attentive, was funny, and super helpful. The manager was checking in with all the tables to make sure everyone was happy.
Should we be in the area, we’ll probably go back.

I haven’t been in a some years. But this place Rocks! We did a Girl’s Night Out. Saw a Movie then Movie Dinner After Party. They were busy, two large groups ahead of us. But we were greeted and seating in a timely manner.
The staff were all Friendly and professional! The Food was good and we all had a great time!

This is the second time I am coming with kids and not getting any food. I am said there is 20 min wait. This time I understood that they expect us to wait 20 min even before we get a table. There are free tables although. It is a diner! Diner means fast food. If you are outstaffed don’t open.

First time coming here in years, and glad I did. The Christmas Decorations were amazing. Every employee I came in contact with was amazing and quite attentive. (Ray and Nick) Food did not disappoint either. I will be back soon for sure!
