Ms. Shamika Washington was so friendly, kind and helpful!! You could actually hear her smiling through the phone! It’s no wonder her staff is so awesome!! Food is always good but today at approximately 10pm i was ordering food and asked for a JBC meal deal. After i heard the price i knew my order was wrong and tried to inform the lady taking my order. But instead she caught an attitude and said something along the lines of “LIKE I SAID, that is your order, the price doesnt show on the screen” i get to the window and i ask her what my order brings and she says nuggets. I then tell her that what she gave me was a Biggie bag and not a JBC meal deal. If workers are going to catch an attitude, atLEAST know your menu. Ill just go to another wendys

The food was delicious. The attendant was courteous and educated. The dining area was unsatisfactory with papers on the floors and the salt and pepper on tables. I could barely find one or two tables on which to sit in the entire dining room and I had to look at lots of napkins and papers on the floor like it’s only checked once a day.

I first had an issue , but they quickly apologized and made it right. I appreciate good service when I am spending money at any establishment. When I got there they had me park because my food wasn’t ready. No big deal. Except they brought me out cold food and said they had no sauces.

Food was good, service at the speaker was great but at the window not the best. Lost a star because I order the new Buffalo saucy nugs….got home and put a whole one in my mouth to realize it was ghost pepper…… my bowels will never be the same. Everything else was good just wish I could have tried the buffalo today. I added a picture to show it looks like the ghost pepper one with the green specks in it but if I’m wrong and this is Buffalo please tone it down or something because DAMN

Crazy you ask for a burger with only cheese and bacon. You get this.. when I said I wanted the burger plain he replied “ the burger already made” like it’s too much to remake a burger.. and it’s soo insanely sloppy. Looks like they messed with my bun.. then still proceeded to give a burger with ketchup… I just don’t understand this Wendy’s. They deliberately choose to hire these lazy workers. Truly hope they step it up with their staffing they suck
