The food was hot and fresh and the cashier was very friendly and made sure our order was right before he left. He also made sure we had condiments and stuff. Food was really good. The experience made me want to go back and I don’t usually eat there.

Could be better. I do doordash on the side and on the afternoons, the workers take a long to bring out the food, I believe it’s bc they don’t get tipped. Even when it’s just one meal or drink they take forever to bring it out it’s crazy i get here before 5 cars and they get their food before me. I don’t mind the wait but the food will get cold . I only have this issue in the afternoon 5pm –

Lid wasn’t placed on drink so when I lifted it out of carrier it fell right into my feet in the car. Ask for a replacement and was given one quickly, very grateful for that!

I go to this location a lot and today i went for my coney and tots and always ask for onions on my Coney.
Not only did i not get the onions but what little bit of toppings that was on the hotdog was smeared all in side the package because they smashed my coneys with the other food they piled on top. Absolutely ridiculous and im not driving out of my way to go back up there for them to fix it. I basically have a hot dog with nothing on it at all. Its common sense not to put heavy things on top of things that can be squished. I suppose this person also puts the loaf bread in the same bag as a Gallon of milk at the grocery store.

I accidentally placed a mobile order while I was at work after adding a payment method, so I immediately called and said I didn’t mean to place it and asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. The woman on the phone told me they can’t do refunds and to call the corporate number. I did, I was on the phone with corporate for 30+ minutes and they couldn’t find my account for whatever reason, so they couldn’t refund me. I got off work a couple hours later and came by and explained I had accidentally placed the order earlier but couldn’t get refunded, so I asked to show them my receipt so I could receive the order. Reggie said he was able to pull it up himself and have it made, he came outside after 5-10 minutes of me waiting to show me the receipts, said nothing about them being for refunds, and went back inside. Almost a full hour passes and I press the button again to ask when it’ll be ready and I’m told it’ll be out shortly. Then comes another carhop and who I’m assuming is a manager and the guy approaches me all hostile with “didn’t you call and cancel the order like 2 hours ago?” I explain the situation to him again and the woman cuts me off and says the order was refunded despite, who I’m assuming was her, on the phone telling me she couldn’t do that. They start going on about the refund and saying they can bring the receipt to prove it and go off to get it before I can say anything.
Very incompetent workers and they could use an attitude check. Not sure how the communication got so messed up but I would’ve appreciated it if I was told I wasn’t getting my food before I waited there an hour after work. They need to be more like Reggie, he’s the only one who was kind and respectful despite whatever confusion they all had.

I enjoyed my nice snack at this Sonic on my trip home from Grand Rivers, KY back down to my home outside of Atlanta. And they didn’t disappoint. Food was delicious. I got onion rings, tots, cheese sticks, a corn dog, and a small Oreo shake. The food came fast and fresh. The young lady was friendly. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5-star review is their drive thru speaker wasn’t working, and the screen and card system at the pull-up space weren’t working. She was able to take my card, though, when she delivered my food. And I sat there enjoying my delicious snack before getting back on the road home.
