Exceptional Service from Alex!
I stopped by recently and had to give a shoutout to Alex. His customer service was absolutely out of this world! He is a very respectful young man who clearly cares about doing a great job. We even bonded over Mac Miller—definitely a huge W in my book. It’s rare to find such genuine and polite service these days. Give this man a raise!

Haven’t been to a 5 Guys in years, I forgot how great the burgers are. Made to order, the fries and fresh and who can forget the peanuts. The ONLY issue is, is how expensive it is. $20 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I don’t remember spending this much, I guess that’s restaurant prices now. I always thought of it as fast good, but you aren’t getting a burger this good at Wendy’s. $20 well spent!

Five guys is always a similar experience for me, tasty burgers BUT you have to be careful to eat them right away or they’ll get soggy! They always give lots of fries- but same deal, they’re not crunchy like I prefer them to be.

I eat regularly at five guys, just a single and I skip the fries, but this location was a better burger than the norm. A little extra care at this location. I was just passing through Naples on a short trip but the veggies, bun and burger/bacon/cheese combo were exceptionally fresh and on point.

Service was really nice and staff is great but i really don’t understand how people praise this chain so much – burger was soggy mush which fell apart as soon as i took off the wrapper and was completely tasteless. Fries as well. For one small bacon burger, small fries and a drink i have paid $20 with the tip which is pretty expensive for the quality. I have tossed almost the entire meal in the trash. First and last time i’m having something from them. Steak and Shake is much better and cheaper!

We do not eat at five guys too often. We wanted a quick burger, and a low cost meal. Low cost did not happen for two burgers fries and two drinks. Too expensive. Food was greasy, hurt our bellies! The place was not busy, still had to make sure and ask for the extras we ordered.
