Absolutely terrible!!! Wait was long with 2 cars in front of me, so I go inside to get my mobile order. Inside was dirty and I watched multiple workers standing around doing nothing. So finally get my food after being told I’m waiting for fresh fries, get home and pull out my fries and see a big black long curly hair!! So I’m furious and call , get the general manager who was not only rude but extremely unprofessional, when I asked his name he refused, he said it’s because they get scammers. NO SIR YOU GUYS ARE THE SCAMMERS! He refused to help in any way. Terrible service, terrible manager . Nasty attitudes with nasty dirty food!

It’s edible it taste good. I don’t know that it’s really good for you. They charge seven dollars for a burger. I’m thinking it might be better to go to the more expensive places to get better quality meat. I just hate paying so much for paper thin hamburger patties. Slightly exaggerated. by the way, I drove through at 6 AM. Service was excellent.

Been going to this establishment for longer than I care to admit. As far as Burger Kings go this place is pretty good, especially for BK fries. The staff are very good as well and can get you your meals in a reasonable amount of time as long as you treat them well, and they only very rarely mess up my specific orders. The crazy factor of this place are the customers, influenced primarily by the location. They usually make themselves the staff’s problem (hence why I advocate treating the staff well) but read the room before dining in.

Michael always gives the best service, and he’s super reliable no matter what the job is. He’s really kind to everyone, and you can tell he actually cares about helping people. I think he definitely deserves a raise because he works hard, stays positive, and makes the whole place better.

A double whopper and chicken sandwich combo simple but we waited almost a half hour for them just to have been forgotten our order, serving others who came after us it was ridiculous. They didnt get the burger right either, horrible service, no sense of urgency at least hire experienced or actual workers because having these kids in there isnt working.

We just ordered the family bundle and a 4 piece tot from this location. We live 2 minutes away, and as soon as we got home my husband and children bit into their burgers and the 4 piece side of tots and everything was cold. I tried calling, no answer. This is incredibly disgusting, there was no one in front of us when we ordered so it’s not like the food sat there while we waited in a long line. The food came out fairly quick as well, and the patties looked like they just thawed them out and slapped them on burger buns.

No matter what time of the day or day of the week I go here they always mess up my order, this time my order was a number 9 a kids meal nuggets, 2 honey mustard wraps, and a 12 piece chicken fries. I didn’t get my kids meal so you already know how that went with my child. Not the first time this has happened at this location but it will be my last.

The last review by Jayden, if it keeps happening, why do you keep going? Makes no sense. People complain like that. Just go to another restaurant. I see these complaints and dont understand why people dont speak to a manager about it. I had an issue a while back and went back and they went over and above to fix it. I didn’t have to waste time with a bad review. That fixes nothing if the manager doesn’t know the issues exact time and whoever it may be.

The young lady wearing glasses taking my order didn’t seem to enthused, but other than that I liked my experience at this Burger King. The tables were clean and my order was made accurately.
