When I used the mobile app it didn’t take the McDouble. The meal didn’t come up on the screen as the guy said to just pull around while I waited 5 minutes between windows I noticed it not on my receipt, so I asked at the window if I could pay for it. I was told I had to drive around to order it instead so I just passed just to wait 7 more minutes for my food right there at the window. Then as I was pulling away, I noticed they only put 1 of 4 fries in the bag. When opening the fish sandwich it’s missing half the ingredients and has what looks like mold on the bun. I can’t just go inside and ask them to fix it because I have my kids in the vehicle so now not only did I not get to order a McDouble but I’m also missing my fries with all but one meal. On top of all of it they didn’t say sorry and told me I need to drive all the way back to deal with it. I go to this McDonald’s frequent but needless to say I won’t be anymore

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location sucks. They NEVER get the order correct and the food quality here is TERRIBLE. I didn’t think McDonalds could get worse and then they proved me wrong. The meat and buns are so hard they are like hockey pucks. Went to get it replaced and the replacement that was “fresh” was even worse. The only thing fresh was the fries after the remake which was decent at least. The manager admitted the people who work the kitchen like to keep meat longer than they should. That she would have a talk with them. Terrible location. LAZY STAFF.

Unfortunately, my experiences here haven’t been great. Each time I visit, the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for a while instead of being fresh. The service also feels rushed and unmotivated, like the staff doesn’t really want to be there. I often have to repeat my order two or three times before it’s understood. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the microphone or hearing, but either way, it’s not okay and makes the experience frustrating. I hope this improves in the future.

SLOW AS DIRT! Everytime I come here, even for the simplest of orders, it always takes well over 15 minutes to get my order. It’s also one of those automated stores that don’t have active cashiers so you can never find someone to ask about what’s going on.

Rude employees. I waited 15 minutes for my food only to find out it was sitting on their prep counter waiting to be bagged. The chicken patty they used was also definitely on a warmer for a considerable amount of time(it was hard and chewy). The tables were all filthy and the kiosks didn’t even give a receipt. This location needs better management.

On 12/28/25 around 9:00 PM, my experience wasn’t very welcoming. The person taking my order seemed unhappy and not very friendly, and the employee who handed me my food also gave off an unfriendly vibe.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I believe this is something that should be addressed so future customers can be greeted kindly and feel welcome when they’re just stopping in for a meal.

We went through the drive thru and as we approached the speaker the person inside said could I wait a minute he was waiting on someone inside. Meantime 2 others pull ed up in other lane automatically went to them and took their order so I drove across the street to Arby’s

Last night I went to McDonald’s an hour before closing time and they refused to serve me, even though I called the drive-thru. They didn’t bother to help me; they served other cars instead. The customer service is terrible, and it’s not just this once; the night shift workers never provide good service.

The location on University by LJS is aalways very kind and I get my iced coffees from there and since they are special ordered it makes it very easy for them to rememeber and they do great with my orders
