I’ve been to this location twice, and both times we were served raw burgers. After the second incident, we went back and spoke to the manager, who refused to remake the food because we didn’t have the receipt-even after we showed a photo of the raw burgers.
I understand that stores have policies, but serving raw burgers twice is a serious food safety issue.
Prioritizing a receipt over customer safety is unacceptable. We threw away the receipt the first time, assuming it was a one-time mistake, which clearly it wasn’t.
This place shows a lack of care for proper food handling, and I would hate for someone-especially children-to get sick because of it. We will not be returning.

The customer service was great. I got my food fairly quickly. For some reason the food at this location tastes ten times better. I would drive out of my way to go here.

I’d give -5 stars if I could!!! They screw up every single meal I have ever gotten from them. The sandwiches are drenched in sauce. The meal is never made correctly. They wait until after you pay to tell you that they don’t have the item. I gotta go all day without eating because they screwed up the Whole Order. Even the fries!!!!

Overall it was an average McDonalds. Not the best, but not the worst. There was almost no wait time as far as service but that meant I got a cold big Mac, Not the ideal trade-off. Service was ok. And the big Mac I got was ok at best. It was NOT hot, it just tasted cheap (which it was). Overall if your in a pinch and need something quick this will work but go across the street to B-Bops for better food and better service.

3rd time this week I didn’t have all my food in the bag going thru drive thru ! I went in this time and complained. They placed the chicken nuggets and sauces in was missing in the bag, but still didn’t give me my kids sandwiches !!!
Drove all the way home just to look in the bag and get pissed. I’m definitely complaining to corporate Monday !

I have to give a shout to your manager Lucy. I came in 9/22 asking if they had the encore toys yet she said no even though another employee had said yes. I asked her if I could come back the next day on release day and she said she would hold 3 for me. She even asked if I wanted the meal or just the toys and offered to exchange if there were duplicates. A surprise toy collector as well so she understood the importance of getting the right merchandise. Thanks

How long does it take to make your meals. When I was a teenager we never had to pull forward to wait for our food. And fast food workers want $15/hour.

I sat and waited for over 20 minutes and did not receive my curbside delivery. I called repeatedly and had a young girl come outside that stated she was management. I repeatedly asked for money to be refunded. She tried to physically put order in my vehicle when I requested a refund and would not give her name so I could not report her. Terrible customer service. I even went inside on crutches to request a refund. Customer service gets a big zero in my boom. I will be contacting their owners.

Usually either my order is wrong or at least 1/2 the order is luke-warm. There are a few adults working here but it is mainly teenagers or early 20s kids who don’t want to be bothered.
Update: they lost a star. I ordered a fish plain with no cheese (allergies). Neither one happened. Now I’m home without lunch.
