Waited for 20 minutes dining in had a table topper number 22 that say we will bring the food to you so I waited and waited. After 20 went to counter to inquire about my order manager says I have been calling and calling number 637 I’m thinking so what my table number is 22 and suppose to bring it to me. Food was in to-go bag and no drink. Got back to table and food was cold butter melted and soaked through bag. No apologies or any attempt to make things right. Poorest customer service ever. Calling 637 also means nothing when machine was out of paper and gave me nothing. They can bring it to your car but not your table so what’s the point and you ordered at the kiosk so I did all the work. They need some big time help in the customer service department and learn to focus on the customers and not all the personal gossip behind the counter the whole store floor hears everything. Well that was my wonderful breakfast story to start my day. Rough and very disappointing breakfast.

Firstly I ordered 2 mchickens and fries with a sweet tea . Got a completely different order so I came back they exchanged my order which the mchickens had no lettuce and were cold , the fries were cold and the sweet tea was definitely not sweet. Pissed is a understatement

Literally the worst service ever. Being that it’s a fast food joint my expectations are pretty low to begin with but they were terrible on a whole other level. If it was possible to leave only 1/4 of a star that would be too much for them. Ordered food at the drive thru, was told to pull up to a space. Not an issue, happens at most places these days…..25 mins later after watching several other cars get their food and on their way still don’t have my food so I went in to see what was going on. Took several minutes for them to stop their drama fest going on in the back to even acknowledge I was standing there. Finally tell them I hadn’t received my order and they could have cared less. Took another 5 minutes for them to finally get my order together. Never once received even the slightest inclination of an apology for the wait. Shitty service with even shittier attitudes.

They use to be ok then recently something changed. There is a lady at the window handing food that doesn’t even talk just glares as she hands food. After waiting for that long for food though, the fries and nuggets was stale. One of my daughter’s nuggets was straight up ice cold. This is the second time with this kind of service and type of food.

well first of all tonight dec 11th around 6:25ish pm the workers in ther took forever but that wasnt even my problem my concern is when it gets to a point where they dont put all of my food that I PAY FOR in the bag so when i send my daughter in there to get the food she comes out telling me there talking shit about her coming back amd getting one more burger that were missing that like i said I PAID FOR, maybe it takes speaking to a manager or something but bad customer service definitely they gotta do better

So far, my wife went to get us lunch at this location, and when she brought the food back. Mind you it’s 12:00 pm, should be peak lunch time, so food should be hot and fresh.
Fries were ice cold when they were brought inside, the bun felt hard, stale, and like it was left out over night, and the patties also tasted stale and disgusting. We live 5 minutes away from this location, this is unacceptable.
Picture provided is to show how I’m preferring to eat my double quarter pounder because the bun was rock hard and stale. Put it on white bread. Is this how you run things McDonald’s? It’s despicable.

I rarely have an issue at this McDonald’s , but I waited at curbside for 20 minutes and find out my order was canceled it said not available. I walk in and everyone was being served the same thing I ordered . A happy meal and a shake . If it’s not available then huh ? I ask when I will get a refund and the cashier was like I don’t know . Like if you aren’t taking curbside orders then maybe block those . I will not be returning anytime soon and I was ordering a few times a week
