Thank you for listening. Growing up, McDonald’s was more than just a restaurant for me. It was a constant in my life. Before I had a job, when I had no money, when I was just a broke teenager figuring things out, McDonald’s was there. On cold nights, on hungry nights, you never switched up. You were always there.
In this economy, where everything feels expensive and uncertain, that $5 meal deal has been a real comfort. When life throws curveballs — a rough day, a bad grade, a busted car — I know I can walk in and get a warm, affordable meal that reminds me everything will be okay.
It may not be the healthiest choice, but it’s real. It’s dependable. It’s meaningful. That consistency has shaped the way I see loyalty and care.

placed an order online and when i got to the drive thru, nobody answered. they were taking out the trash and some truck was pulled up with a hose going in through the back so they were definitely open. drive around and saw multiple people inside the kitchen walking around. guy taking out the trash had a headset on and still nobody was there. not cool guys

I go out of my way to avoid this location. I go to the one by the publix or even by the highway to avoid this location. This is the absolute worst mcdonalds. Always make sure to check your food here. I try you guys out once every couple of months and damn, literally every single time you guys mess up. What is so hard about no cheese. C’mon guys, every single damn time.
And no napkins either, can’t even scrape it off. This location is the worst. You guys never fail to fail.

This McDonald’s is a ZERO out of five stars!!!! My experience was so bad. I tired to get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and these workers forgot our nuggets so as any human would do I went back to the drive thru line with my receipt and I kindly told them hey you forgot to give my 10 nuggets you gave us our fries and our drink but forgot to give our nuggets and they were like are you sure and I’m like yes. At the window the woman gave me a nasty look which I hated and then she told me to pull up to the pick up number 1 so I did and then another different woman came and said I packed your order no way I missed your nuggets and I said do you want to check my car and she also gave me a dirty look. She went back and then a 3rd lady came and finally gave our nuggets. I hate this McDonald terrible customer service and terrible workers absolutely horrible get some better workers please. 0/5. Not even one star is good for this atrocity of a McDonald’s. I also threw the food away was so bad. McDonald’s FIX THIS ASAP

I went through the drive through on 11/09 and ordered 4 mcchickens, I only received two, so I went inside to try and get my missing two sandwiches. I was waiting for about 10 minutes in complete view of all the employees and they just ignored me. One woman called another employee to attend the customers and the other employee refused. On top of that, the fries were soggy and un cooked.

This is a clean establishment full of helpful employees. My McGriddle was promptly served nice and hot. The kiosks were easy to use and even accepted cash. (Albeit it gave me 75¢ in nickels, but it’s fine lol)
The bathrooms were very clean.
Ibelieve there’s only one power outlet in the whole restaurant, so that is probably my only minor gripe. Still, a great location!

The air conditioning is on so cold that you can not enjoy eating your food inside the restaurant. My granddaughters were freezing cold while eating inside, so was I.

Where do I begin….On June 15th at 10:45pm, I went into the McDonald’s at Peachtree Industrial Blvd and State Bridge Road. I started in drive-thru, but after sitting there for about 10 minutes with not moving traffic (and on a previous occasion having a drive through experience of over 20+ minutes), I decided to go inside to order. My thought was that it would be faster, since drive thru was not moving at all. Well…with only 1 couple and myself inside of restaurant, my order still took over 15 minutes. But while waiting I decided to take photos of the inside of the restaurant because it was totally a disaster from front end, to lobby, to bathroom, to on and on! When asked where the manager was I was told in the office…my thought was with drive-thru not moving, 3 people in the lobby that are waiting for their order, and the mess through the restaurant…the last place she should be is in the office. To see is to believe and all I can say is the quality of workers today are at the very lowest. If your leader is leading you in the wrong direction…it’s time to get rid if the leader. Very poor quality service and unclean environment!!!

Go to bathroom at home before your visit to this McDonald’s. Manager follows you around and, threatens to call the police if you are in the restaurant for more than 20 minutes. Lowers the temperature very low, feels like you are in a meat locker or funeral home . Manager was at cash served all whites before me. One white person brought to his attention what he was going , he responded, I’ll get to her in a minute
