Have lived in Panama City Beach for going on 50 years. First time trying Panama pizzeria was about a month and a half ago. I have been back three times since then. When you walk in the door you can smell that this is an Italian restaurant. The food is made to orders so it does take a little time to get the food there. But let me tell you, it is worth the wait. There, one of my favorite things is their meat. Stromboli which is amazing. Worth a try if you have never been there I am sure you would like it.

Panama Pizzeria has quickly become one of our go-to spots! When I moved up from Orlando I was honestly nervous I wouldn’t find a legit, satisfying pizzeria… and then we found this place soooo problem solved.
The garlic knots with the homemade marinara are unreal. Soft, buttery, garlicky perfection and that sauce tastes like someone’s grandma’s been simmering it all day. The pizza is amazing too great crust, flavorful sauce, melty cheese, just the kind of slice you keep reaching back for even when you say you’re full.
The vibe inside is awesome. It’s lively, welcoming, and always buzzing with people having a good time. Fair warning: it gets busy and there can be a wait, but once you eat you’ll understand why nobody minds hanging around.
And the cheesecake… 15/10. Seriously. Save room for it.
If you’re anywhere nearby, this is a must-try spot. We’ll definitely be regulars here.

Garlic knots are worth the visit. Pizza is nice as well. A bit pricier than what i am used to. Maybe everything here in Bay county is expensive. Fast service with a smile.

Ordered a 18” pepperoni and a 18” cheese w/ garlic bread while in town for vacation. I try to track down a local pizza place every vacation. This place did not disappoint! Order was ready exactly on time, and they somehow even knew who I was when I walked in the door. Food was amazing!

Considering how crowded they were, the food was lackluster at best. Ordered the Sicilian pizza. Which was basically thick dough that was cooked, then toppings were added and cheese melted onto it. This Sicilian pizza was at least twice as thick as any other Sicilian I’ve ever had and unfortunately it was completely bland. It was monotone in flavor, no distinction between the crust, cheese or pepperoni.
Service was a quick greeting, order taken, food delivered, a passing how is everything, the check, box for the remaining pizza. He asked if we wanted change. I said yes, please that would be nice. He never returned, so no tip was left. As I prefer to hand it to the server, to make sure they get it.

I ate here for the first time today. The food was amazing and very ample portions. Presentation was unique and well done. I was greeted fast and friendly. My food arrived in a timely manner. The prices were more than fair. One other reviewer had left a nasty review stating that his date was treated unfairly. I would suggest that reviewer return and try the sausage. I’m guessing from his review that he enjoys the sausage.

$14.50 for a steak-um wrap the size of a $4 burrito from Taco Bell? Absolutely horrendous. And the server tells me it’s his favorite thing on the menu. Meatball was bland and nearly everything is over priced.
The one hero was the garlic knots. A bit over done and had a crisp to them, but they were pretty solid. The wrap just pisses me off though. $14.50 for the wrap shown in the photo is absolutely insane. It’s a complete rip off.
Take a look at the monstrosity of a wrap you can get at Diego’s for even less money than this! It should be a crime
To the owners reading, take a good look at what I was served and ask yourself if you would pay $14.50 for something that a 6 year old child could make for you. And at least the 6 year old would make it with love.
What a shame.

It’s an interesting looking place. They have repurposed old furniture and decorations, so nothing matches. I can appreciate the fact that they kept all of this stuff out of the landfill and it doesn’t take away from the dining experience unless you really need fancy to be happy. The service was reasonably quick and friendly. They have tables for about 36, a long bar with about 16 stools and some outdoor seating. The food was good and the portions were generous. The prices were a little in the high side, but that seems to be everywhere these days. The garlic knots were noteworhty.
