Dropped into Naan Appetit near Savannah/Pooler, and wow… did not expect it to be this good. The place looks awesome inside—super spacious, modern, and clean with a chill vibe that makes you actually want to hang out and enjoy the food.

We kicked things off with the crispy chilli baby corn, and it was straight-up snack heaven. Crunchy, spicy, saucy — basically everything you want in an appetizer. Washed it down with a mango lassi that was creamy and refreshing without being sugary sweet. Already winning at this point.

But then… the kebab platter showed up. And I swear, it’s one of the best kebabs I’ve had in a long time. So flavorful, juicy, perfectly cooked — the kind of dish that makes you stop talking mid-sentence.

We also tried their special biryani, and it hit all the right notes — aromatic, tasty, and not greasy at all.

Long story short: I now officially have a reason to come back to Pooler again, and it’s spelled Naan Appetit.

I had a great time at NaaN Appetit. There are a lot of different things on the menu, and everything we tried was fresh and good. The amounts were big, and the way the food was served was nice. The personnel was kind and helpful, yet they didn’t hurry you. You may sit down, relax, and eat a wonderful dinner here. If you’re in the neighborhood and want good Indian food, I would certainly suggest this place.

NaaN Appetit is a wonderful spot for Indian food. The flavors are rich, authentic, and perfectly spiced. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate how quickly the food is prepared, whether dining in or picking up. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Flavor Explosion You Don’t Want to Miss!

I ordered the Keerla Samosa, Hyderabadi Goat Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and an Indian Lager—and let me tell you, this place understood the assignment!

I was seriously craving Southern Indian food, and they more than delivered. Every bite was bursting with flavor—rich, bold, and perfectly balanced. The goat curry was fall-apart tender, the chicken tikka was creamy and vibrant, and that garlic naan? Pillow-soft perfection.

This wasn’t just a meal—it was a whole experience. You can taste the love and authenticity in every dish. Do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk!

A Truly Flavorful Experience with Room for Small Improvements

I recently visited NAAN with a friend and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for.

The food was truly outstanding. I don’t usually enjoy spicy dishes, but I completely understand and respect that it’s a part of Indian culinary tradition. And I must say — everything was delicious! The lamb was incredibly tender and flavorful — I highly recommend choosing it. In contrast, I found the goat to be a bit tough for my liking. The mango lassi was absolutely divine — one of the best I’ve ever had!

Now, a few things I’d like to mention in the spirit of constructive feedback:

Although the dining room was empty when we arrived and we were told we could choose our table, we were not allowed to sit by the window at the far end of the room — and we still don’t quite understand why. It was a small disappointment, as we were looking forward to enjoying the view from there.

The restaurant’s interior is beautiful — it’s clear that a lot of thought and investment went into the design. From the stylish bar to the quality furniture and overall ambiance, everything speaks of taste and quality. However, the laminated menu was quite worn out and unpleasant to hold, and some of the plates were chipped or cracked, which for me is unacceptable, especially in such a well-designed place. Also, serving drinks in plastic cups was a letdown — drinking from glass would greatly elevate the experience.

Dear owner, your restaurant serves delicious food, offers generous hospitality, and looks fantastic. These small details, if addressed, could add even more charm and sophistication to an already impressive place.

This is my personal opinion, but I absolutely recommend NAAN for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a warm and elegant setting.

This place is very good with good and clean ambience. The food was very good with right flavors. We can adjust spice levels as per our request. Naans are soft, egg masala was good, malai lifts was very good with balanced spices not sweet. Baby corn Manchuria was good and street style fried rice was good. Mango lassi was little sweet but really good. Giving only 4 because we got aluminum foil in the rice.

Wife and I ate there for dinner. She had the Butter Chicken and I had the Lamb Briyani. Both were excellent and I also enjoyed a nice Taj Mahal Lager. The Lamb Briyani had a great spice to it, not so overpowering but enough to give it a great flavor. The service was great and the waitress was super attentive.

Nice atmosphere, prompt service, large portions. Lots of vegan/vegetarian choices. We shared samosas as an appetizer, each had an entree(spinach dal and lamb vindaloo) plus naan. With one beer, only came to 40$ total. So much food we had to take some home. The food was delicious, nicely spiced. Would definitely eat here again the next time we are in town.

Had a to go order and literally was a ladle size serving of butter chicken. Flavor was ok it was at temperature when arrived. But overall, because of the portion size will not be making any additional purchases at the establishment. Never been to establishment just next door at wild ginger and in comparison I will just stick to them.

I wanted to write this review because the waiter was so KIND. I have a heart condition and as I was approaching the entrance an episode begin. The waiter directed me to a seat near the entrance and got me some water without me saying anything other than “I’m sorry I need a minute”. I was ordering takeout by the way. He than brought me some soup and napkins and ask if I was okay.
Now as far as the food I ordered goes I love the flavors but I wish they would reduce the oil content.
