Went there a few nights ago to get my family some food. Website said it would be ready by 9:02. I get there exactly at 9:02, they tell me all that’s left to do is bag it. So of course I wait. 10 mins pass by, nothing. So I observe the cashier at work while I wait for my food. Customers would act for her opinion on flavors and she wouldn’t even want to help them. Another came to ask for plates and she dragged her feet. Another paid with cash and she left the register open to get something in the side rails instead of closing the register. She kept playing with her nails while people were trying to ask her question and she seemed so unbothered to help. This is who you choose to have up front? Formally another 15 mins pass by and they finally called my food order out. I get home they didn’t put the ranch or the veggie sticks I paid extra to get. Shame on this place. I hadn’t come in a minute because of service. Decided to give them a shot and remembered why I haven’t come back.

I hate that i had to rate even one star, zero should be an option. I placed a order for take out, I will never do so again. 3 combos and one was missing the fries, the 2 that had them, were burnt or in bad condition before they were even cooked. My wings were swimming in oil/grease and they were far from done. There was still blood in the veins. They had E.Coli written all over them. The pictures are there to prove it. Just a heads up if u order to pick up make sure and check your order before leaving because when you call back you will be hung up on then told the call was dropped. $40 down the drain. My step daughters threw there meals in the trash. The manager refused to talk to us and rather relayed messages through another employee. Channel 5 food patrol where are you, im sure there’s plenty of violations.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Placed an online order, said it would take 30 min. Showed up to pick it up and I still had to wait another 30 min. Fountain drink area was disgusting, full of ice and a big puddle of water on the floor. They were out of 3 different drinks. Trash was full and next to the fountain. To top it off two of the girl employees were fighting in front of the customers.. the dining area was disgusting, so I can just imagine how the dirty the kitchen is.

Ordered through DoorDash and our wings were gross and the fries were hard. $45 down the drain.. I get its a Sunday and it’s game day but there is no excuse for this.. you need better cooks and check your food before it goes out. Ask yourself, would you eat this?!

This place sucks. Ordered my food online 30 minutes ago. When I arrive, they said it was still gonna take another 15-20 minutes. I’ve been up for 22 hrs due to a sick baby at the hospital and hungry. And when I ask the staff if they started on my order they said it was barely going down the assembly line. People were coming in to done, they told them there was up to an 1 hr wait time. I saw 7 groups leave. That’s money out the door. There’s no management here whatsoever. Food is good, staff needs better training & management. It’s not the kids fault who work here because they’re kids, it’s management. It starts from the top. This place needs new EXPERIENCED MANAGERS ASAP! Because I did not see one manager on duty or someone who even acted like a manager due to lack of skill. The place also looks like it’s on fire. I feel bad for the staff. The regional GM NEEDS TO HIRE NEW EXPERIENCED MANAGERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING & CAN THAT CAN HANDLE HIGH DEMAND ORDERS & CROWDS.

I went to the Weslaco Wingstop on September 20th to get some wings and was very disappointed. The wings were bland and not crispy even though I specifically asked for crispy. The fries were a very small portion and under-seasoned. I called the next day (September 21st) and spoke to the manager, Ada, who said she talked to another manager and told me they don’t make their sauces, so there was nothing they could do. Terrible service and food quality. Would not recommend.

Horrible! If it wasn’t for me to ask about my order I would had waited another 30mins. I purchased the simplest order 6 wings, fries and a drink that took literally 28mins to make. I checked my time when ordered and when the guy apologized and handed me my order. It took my whole lunch break from work to wait I had call that I was arriving back to work a few mins late. That’s not it as I got in my vehicle take a look at the poor wings handed to me Dried, sucked up I even had chew through it so much it felt as if I were chewing a plastic bag, the fries were limp and soggy. I rated 2 stars just because it’s a clean environment I was so disappointed. I wasn’t even given napkins had to eat on the road what a great experience Wingstop. Never again will I come here. Good luck people

awful tasted like hand sanitizer and had lots of fat went outside to water plants then came in and felt really lightheaded and nauseous maybe the meat wasn’t cooked correctly it smelled strange.
