My boss Sam said this is the best place in Fort Wayne for pho, so I got orange chicken instead. We got here right at 11 when they opened and glad we did, by the time we left all the tables were taken with people waiting. The workers were very friendly and food was ready quite quickly considering the 4 of us ordered different things. 2 orders of pho, an order of sesame chicken, and my order of orange chicken. All of us enjoyed what we had and thought it was a good value for the price. They even had fortune cookies, mine saying “its time for a break”, my boss said back to work We all recommend!!

The reviews are absolutely correct about Kim Vu Vietnamese Cuisine in Ft Wayne! The restaurant is impeccably clean, staff is friendly and speedy, and the food is authentic, fresh, and on-point. I had a spring roll with peanut sauce (super fresh/crisp and the sauce was amazing), crab rangoon (hot, crisp, and excellent filling), and the Hue Traditional Noodle Soup (#10). It is ALWAYS a pleasure dining in this restaurant, knowing that they genuinely care about what they do.

I knew it was going to be good when it was 8pm on a Friday night in the middle of January and people were lined up outside to get in.
I really was hoping to try the bánh mi sandwiches from this shop but unfortunately they were out of baguettes. Easy enough, I switched my order for spring rolls and beef pho.
The spring rolls are very full and well packed with a delicious peanut sauce. I thought the sauce was a bit too peanut butter forward, my wife told me to mind my business it was delicious…she’s a bit of a peanut butter aficionado. My daughter and I had the pho. Having discovered this amazing dish only a couple of years ago (yes, it’s a big rock I live under) I’ve quickly fallen had over heels in love with it. The broth here is very rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful. This is also one of the few restaurants that gives you a choice to have your beef uncooked so you can prepare it to your liking for take-out, which is what we did. The portions are huge except for the meatballs, I would have preferred a few actual meatballs instead of one cut into quarters. Aside from that, this was one of the best pho bowls I’ve had.
I’ll be stopping in again soon to see about the bánh mi and probably a few other things. Looking forward to my next visit!

Kim Vu never disappoints. The soup is always hot. The veggies are always fresh. The egg rolls are always perfectly cooked and crispy. Kim Vu remains one of our favorite restaurants in all of Fort Wayne. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic food, super friendly small place that feels authentic. It is a bit small but its absolutely worth your time. Anyone that knows this place knows its good.
Soups, sandwiches, Boba Tea, etc are all some of the best in town.
Stop by sometime and if you have never had anything like it tell them and they will help you find something good for you.

We love this restaurant and the owner! It’s a simple menu, done right! The owner is amazing and the food is delicious! We particularly love the Vietnamese dumplings, spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes, the Special Rice noodle dish and the Hue traditional noodle soup ( a great choice if you want to try a traditional noodle soup other than pho). The portions are generous and the service is always great.

Best Pho in the city hands down. Came here from the east coast with my girlfriend and have struggled to find good authentic pho with generous portions at a fair price. 10/10 will go again (and again and again). Friendly service too, good hard working people.

Absolutely love this place. Found it on a whim once when on lunch and have loved everything I’ve tried so far. They are very quick to get the food out, it’s not loud which is nice to have a peaceful lunch. Definitely recommend the fresh spring rolls and the Banh mi

This cuisine establishment is so delightful. The staff is very kind and attentive towards customers. Besides their hospitality, their menu serves a variety of traditional dishes that gives the authenticity of their culture. It’s a must have experience if you want to expand and enjoy tasty foods.
I had the pleasure to have the wonton egg noodle soup (#8 – Mì hoành tháh) and it’s worth every spoonful. I also got to enjoy the flat rice dumpling (#13 – Bánh nâm). It serves as an appetizer.
