Absolutely the worst!! A couple years ago it was better. The crew back then cared and showed that in their appearance, and by the overall quality of what they served. I was just in there two days ago. I watched them slop that crap together and didn’t care at all about it. The place is filthy. They need a visit from the health department. The ONLY decent thing they serve are french fries and that is it! Don’t waste your time or money here. The only time I have gotten anything remotely edible was when a certain individual was not working. She Absolutely does not care how she slops that crap together. Yes it is my own fault for going back there. NEVER AGAIN! And you would be well advised to avoid this place at all costs.

We went in tonight and got the Taco deal and some fish tacos. The fish tacos were very good as well as the fresh fries we got with the meal. All 6 of the deal Tacos we recieved had the tiniest amount of tomatoes, I mean it was pretty comical. I don’t even know how they got such a little amount on there. It definitely doesn’t match the picture on the door. The customer service was the bare minimum as well. Will probably skip this restaurant the next time we want a quick bite. It wasn’t horrible… but not great either.

Fast food tacos but they have put their own American spin on them. They even have really good fries. The crispy fish burrito was good. We tried a chicken taco too. Only reason I’m only doing 3 stars is drive through and fast food places don’t rate the same for me. 3 stars for fast food, is a good rate for me. I would eat here again.

There were five people working today with only a few people in the lobby and a slow trickle through drive-thru despite it being 12:30 p.m. on a weekend. The first thing you noticed was that all the tables in the lobby were unclean. There was cleaning fluid by the cash register, but clearly nobody was using it. Going into the bathroom was worse. There was no paper towels, the sink was disgusting, and there was toilet paper all over both bathrooms. At one point, there was absolutely nobody in drive-thru and nobody waiting in line to pay yet the staff just sat around and talked. Nobody bothered to go clean the bathrooms or the lobby..

This location should be shut down. I’ve given them so many chances and it’s always a disappointment- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tonight was the final straw. The 2 Del Tacos were so full of grease that it soaked through the top of the chili cheese fry boxes and onto the hot sauces (which were the wrong ones to begin with). Also, what is this on my fry?!?!! Immediately threw everything away because I cannot trust this food. The PF location is the only location worth going to.

This place on a very lucky day that you get your food fresh and the customer service is good would be a 4-5 star for fast food. BUT it has been plagued in almost all its existence since being built here with horrible management and training of adolescents with absolutely no clue of common sense or problem solving skills.

We went in to eat but had to use the restroom first. After using the restroom we stood by the counter and discussed if we wanted to eat there due to the bathroom conditions. The women’s bathroom was filthy dirty, looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in month’s and stunk so bad I almost got sick. My husband said the men’s bathroom was so bad, he said it was very dirty, the urnal was all taped off and the toilet was about to fall off the wall. After standing there and talking about the bathroom we decided that if the bathroom was the dirty then we worried about how clean the food prep area was. As we were standing there I was looking around and it was so filthy dirty. So long story short we walked out without eating and won’t ever step foot in there again!!!!!
