The food is good, but ladies here are extremely rude, i ordered a banana split she said I couldn’t pick my ice cream flavors, that it was additional charge of .75 cents for each ball of ice cream ball i wanted to change of flavor!! This how i recieved it i love it here but lately service is horrible!!!

This was my first time visiting this snack place, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The food itself was just okay, but the service was extremely disappointing. Even after mentioning it was my first time there, the lady helping me seemed impatient and dismissive. Instead of being welcoming, she lacked basic courtesy and even slammed the window in my face. That kind of treatment made the whole visit unpleasant, and I honestly don’t feel like going back.

I used Love The Sno Wizard until today because an old lady that was charging at 6:20pm 7/16/25 was very rude when i order and she is make that people leave tip forcefully and she has a very negative rude attitude I probably won’t be going again because she also made a bad comment about my sunglasses she is so rude!!!

Service and price is great here there was a line and the girls were coming out to get our order so the line moved along faster. Super cheap, I got a piña colada raspa and it’s perfect! Not too sweet because sometimes it can be too sweet. My son got the m&m raspa it looked so good! My daughter got the cookie monster raspa and it looked sooo cute!

Definitely worth the wait. Waited 20 minutes knowing there was a line. We had 5 different flavored and they were all delicious. Great value for the price.

Super good place we ordered 3 raspas and they were awesome. The line took long but it was worth the wait so that’s why I give it a 5 star I really recommend coming here if you want desserts.
