This was supposed to be an “ultimate meat and cheese burrito”. I dont even know what else to say. Why put ONE tater tot in it? Might as well just not even add them in at all. This sonic location is the worst. They dont know how to include sauces that you ask for either. Its just random what you end up getting. Surprised its still open.

If you have time to waste then this is the perfect place. This is my second time coming to this location after a bad experience and safe to say i wont be coming back again. The first time we went up to one of the screens and waited for 30 minutes for our food before giving up and pulling around to the drive through to get our half decent food. This time we went through the drive through and the guy taking orders took 15 minutes to take our order as well as another 20 minutes to give us our drinks (A simple dr pepper and cherry limeade). Multiple cars infront of of gave up and pulled out of the line entirely while others pulling into a parking spot and walked up to the window. Overall terrible service. Would not recommend.

My 1st time ever going to Sonic, so of course I had to try the pickle specials! Split the burger, pickle-rita, and tots with my girlfriend. Definitely not an all the time place to visit but it’s a good classic Smash burger, and I love to see all the collaborations happening. Pickle Rita was inspiring for electrolytes but got very sweet towards the end. “Dine in” but more like drive-in, we ate in our car. Unimpressed by the patty melt.

We went to this sonic for the first time a few weeks ago and our experience was great. They did have one thing wrong in our order but other than that, the food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the price was worth it. The next few times we’ve gone haven’t been so lucky. They’ve run out of ice cream, overcooked food, and made low quality items. After being told they were out of ice cream on two orders straight, an employee let us know we could always call in to see if they still had ice cream to serve before coming. We thought this was a great idea…until we found out they keep their phone off the hook so no one can call. The shakes were good but definitely not worth it to keep making the drive only to be disappointed.
I’ve successfully gotten a shake from them 2 times. The first time it was amazing. The second time was still good, but the graham crackers tasted stale. As for the food, the burgers tasted like they were from a school cafeteria, the chicken sandwich barely had mayo on it, the groovy fries were extra extra crispy (the tots were as well), and the chicken tenders could’ve been used as a hockey puck. The corn dog and the coney were solid though.
P.S. Shout out to Cam/Kam. Glad you’re there to pick up some of the slack but you definitely deserve a better environment.

Sasha was patient, respectful, and great when I ordered late-night snacks for me and my husband. I asked for everything to be fresh, and she made sure it was exactly that. This Sonic can be hit or miss depending on who’s working, but Sasha made sure my order was complete and right. I’ll definitely return whenever she’s working the drive-through.

I went to here at 6 :50 Eastern standard Time waiting in line for over 2 hours just to get a shake. They were not answering the order and screen and they were extremely slow

Ordered a special pickle burger, received a normal cheeseburger… and it was RAW. Ordered a honey chipotle chicken sandwich, received a dry, bare chicken breast on a stale bun, and the tots were hard and inedible. For your own safety DO NOT EAT HERE.

Waited a very long time for just a single drink. I ordered online and it took probably 20 minutes. Those in drive thru were first priority. All I ordered was a single drink though. However, the drink was very good. It was the Sugar Cookie Dr. Pepper! I definitely will go get this at a different Sonic location next time.

I was soooo excited to try to Grillos collab, decided to order through UberEats. It took around an hour for the order to be completed and picked up. Which is totally fine and understandable, I’m sure this location gets busy and it’s a stressful situation. I received a plain double cheeseburger in place of my Grillos double cheeseburger & all of my chicken sandwiches were missing their add ons/condiments. I can excuse a mix up or putting the wrong order in a bag, but I cannot excuse receiving my burger “rare”. This is a safety hazard and absolutely ridiculous. Like maybe it was someone’s first day, but this is inexcusable. I’m still picking raw ground beef out of my teeth while I type out this review. So disappointing compared to every other experience I’ve had at a Sonic.
