They have some American standards, chocolate chip, bubblegum, etc – but the real point is the Indian ice cream.
I can’t speak to its authenticity, but there is no disputing how delicious it is! I think they must use condensed milk, and the ice cream has a thick, richness that is better than just sugar.
And the flavors! If you just speak English, you won’t know what most of the names mean. But the staff is patient, and they’ll let you try multiple samples.
Bright, fresh ginger ice cream, kaju draksh, which features cashews and raisins, and my favorite – Kesar Pista, which is saffron, cardamom and pistachio. You can’t do better than that. And there’s many more to choose from!
(And it’s affordable. A cup with two generous scoops is under $8.)
You owe it to yourself to check it out!
They offer scoops, sundaes, milkshakes, cakes, and a variety of other things. The ice cream they offer is creamy, made with quality, and so good!
I get the guava ice cream often and it was absolutely delicious, very fresh and creamy; the guava flavor is not lacking. There’s so many unique flavors and very cool flavors that you can sample. I would recommend being adventurous and trying something that you may never have heard of. Everything is good, you can’t go wrong.
I enjoy their milkshakes, they’re made just right and taste great!
This is a hidden gem because it’s located in the suburbs and many people overlook it because it’s in a plaza with many other businesses.
Usually,, they allow sampling and they also have a list on their board of flavors that are popular. I recommend this place for a unique experience, delicious quality homemade ice cream, and for a pick me up or sweet treat. Great place, great people!
Rajbhog flavor is the best, you can try many other Indian flavors like malai kulfi, kesar pista etc. There are three sizes available for to-go (pint, quart and half-gallon)
Amex cards are generally not accepted, but if you have no other cards available, they will accept it.
Sometimes the old-age couple can come across little impatient if you are a new customer, once you are a regular they are very friendly.
Although what it lacks in decor, it compensates in taste. I loved the malai kulfi, pan, sweet rose and sitafal flavors. These are indian flavors that i grew up on and it was a great surprise for me to try these ice creams after quiet sometime and that to fresh. I highly recommend this place and recommend to try the flavors on the white board like I did.
One more thing, this place is actually run by senior couple, so be patient you will get your worth of your dollars.
