Employees ignore or act like they can’t hear. They have really gotten stingy with their serving size. Just got like 3 bell peppers when asked for fajitas and barely any lettuce. Also was a big piece of bone in the chicken. I love Chipotle so sadly I’ll just try to go to a different location where service is better.

The skinny blonde with the pierced cheeks is the absolute worst employee I’ve ever dealt with. She rushes through every single order with zero concern for quality control. Rice on one side, beans on the other, queso poured right in the middle. Don’t dare ask for more cheese either! “I can only do small pinches” I’m paying 20 dollars per bowl, I think I can have it made exactly how I want it. I would love to never see her at the front line ever again. She doesn’t deserve a job in customer service!
Everyone else is amazing, and always listen to the customers. Name tags should be an absolute requirement, so they can be called out by name.

A masterclass in mediocrity (and potential dental bills);
Arrived at 3:51 PM for what we foolishly assumed would be a decent carry-out meal. The restaurant looked like a lunch crime scene mid-cleanup—dried-out rice, guacamole achieving new shades of gray-black, the works. But hey, dinner service is hard, right? The prep person was nice enough, so we optimistically proceeded.
Fast forward to home, where we eagerly opened our veggie and sofritas bowls, ready for that Chipotle magic. Plot twist: the magic was actually just severe dehydration and oxidation. The rice had the texture of something that gave up on life around 11 AM. The guacamole tasted as bitter as I now feel about this experience.
And the pièce de résistance? Something rock-like lurking in the food that nearly cost me a tooth and did cost me several hours of dental pain. Delightful.
Called the number on the receipt, which—surprise!—connects you to a call center seemingly located anywhere, most likely halfway around the world, but this actual restaurant. The person on the phone was lovely but had approximately zero power to do anything except “escalate this to someone in the back room.” No manager. No solutions. Just the soothing hold music loop and empty promises of a follow-up email I’m sure will arrive any day now.
It’s after 7 PM, I’m out an hour of driving time, a lovely dinner for two, and I’m nursing a potentially cracked tooth. But sure, let’s wait for that email from the mysterious back room people. I’ll be holding my breath. (Spoiler: I won’t.)

Placed an online order and got home order was wrong manager gave me aditude on phone saying I was giveing attitude when I asked what the remedy for the mistake was because I couldn’t go back up to the store tonight and he hung up on me tryed calling back and it kept in the auto machine and wouldn’t transfer me in my option this is not ok we have been customers at this location for years and a loyal customer at that haven’t deviated locations once how sad what the world is and how sad people are trained the way they are and atoumadicly say the customer has additude and hanged up instead of actually doing the right thing and no names were said during call except mine i ordered 2 chicken buirtos 1 steaks manager was also rude in saying he remember the order saying half and half when we have never ordered it like that before and it was in our saved history a picture of the burtios and order of chicken only buritos

Absolutely not. I had issues with this location back in May & figured I’d give one more chance bc it’s close to my job. Never again. This is $22 worth of food/delivery an hour before closing. I could understand maybe 10 mins before & they’re shutting down, but this is just lazy. Even worse, I asked for extra on almost everything in the bowl & literally everything was cut in 1/2. No chips basically & who had the audacity to 1/2 fill a cup of cheese. Like what the hell. Come on now. Will never eat at this location again.

My two salads I was charged full price for. One picture shows all the meat they put in the salad, yes I sifted through all of the salad to find all 8 piecesof meat. My daughter literally had to fight to get lettuce for the salad, weird right. The employee helping was rude to her but nice to the customer after her. She let the manager know and the manager said “oh I’m sorry they’re training” and took payment. We go here too often anyway but if they don’t want to serve us then they don’t want our money. Oh, and I tried to call to reconcile this issue before leaving this review but they’re not answering their phone.

Usually the food here is really good, but tonight I saw an employee in a stained shirt cough into his hands. This wouldn’t have normally been an issue for me, since he washed his hands, not very well I may add, but he then put his gloves on, coughed into a napkin, and got behind the counter to make burritos. This was disgusting and I don’t know if im going to eat my burrito. I really hope his shift started after my burrito was done because I don’t want him making my food.
