Prices are on the higher side compared to nearby spots, which is why I didn’t keep going regularly, but the food itself is absolutely worth trying at least once.
The staff speaks a lot of English, so if you’re specifically trying to immerse yourself in Spanish, this may not be the best place for that. Still, the service is solid, the atmosphere is good, and the overall experience is very positive.
I definitely recommend Sabor, Colombia for great food and a cool experience, and I’d come back again.

We were visiting from out of town and were craving some familiar foods. This was the only place nearby that sold the type of food that we were hoping to eat.
Overall the food here is decent but due to the costs and portions, it is not a place I would recommend. Perhaps if you are in our situation it’s okay but if you have the time and energy to travel to a different location that sells similar foods I would probably do that.
Staff was super friendly and helpful and I had a wonderful experience from that aspect.
The prices are okay but the food reflects that. I’m not asking for 5 lbs of food on my plate but I don’t even think they give you a single portion of each ingredient. You’d expect at least 4 ounces of chicken if you order the chicken breast but it was more around 2.
Same with the sides. You get an order of plantains but you barely get two pieces. Not even half a plantain?
We also ordered some fresh waters and these were really good. I’d probably stop by just to pickup a drink to go.
They also offer a variety of desserts and baked goods but we did not try any of them so I can’t comment on them.
Based on this I cannot recommend this place.

If was my fist time and honestly not a good experience. Not well organized.
Unfortunately they take too long to serve …. I arrived before a group of 8 people, ordered something simple.
I waited more thank an hour. No one came to me to let me know about the delay… I was the one asking and was not ready.
They should let the client know if is going to take that long… I had to leave… The food was not ready after more than an hour wait.

Overpriced, below average Colombia food.
Genuinely don’t understand how this place has so many reviews with high ratings. This place was overpriced and the food was below average. The only reason this received 1 star was because the juice was half way decent. I mean, half of my cup was good the other half was just foam. The ajiaco was the worst soup I have ever tasted. Just looking at it when they brought it out I already knew it wasn’t going to be good. Their empanadas are half way filled and the meat filling is mushy, salty and just not good.
I’m not sure if the chef was having an off night, but definitely never returning.

Love this place! I usually get bandeja Paisa, but today I got the mondongo soup and it was really good, might be my new favorite, also it comes with sweet plantains :). Also really love their mango juice, it isn’t mixed with pineapple like some places do.
The seating area has some cool decor too!
