I don’t know how to say this to truly emphasize the frustration I get from this Starbucks. The inconsistency is astounding to me. I did a mobile order online. Usually not a problem with that part. I got to Starbucks and there were only three cars in front of me, not a problem, or so I thought. I ended up having to wait 10 minutes before the first car even moved an inch. The second car, nearly the same amount of time. I’m unable to go anywhere. Someone must have had an order issue because food kept going back and forth at the window with the first car, and then the second car. My issue was this: make them pull up to a parking spot so others can get through. Other drive thrus do it, why can’t they? Finally when I got to the window, the barista was very short, my stuff wasn’t ready, which I tried to chop it up to they were busy, maybe short staffed, but this Starbucks is almost always like this. I left extra early from my house to allow for this, because I know it’s a problem. But it seems to have only gotten worse and today was the last straw. I hardly ever go to this Starbucks for this reason and only did today because I had received a gift card. Usually the baristas are nice, apologetic, and enthused. Today, they were short, not apologetic for the extreme wait, and hardly looked at you. Very unfortunate.

this starbucks has the best people, so welcoming and even after 3 minutes after they closed the still served us and made our day. everyone needs to go to this one. shannon, niko, ari, nina, and bri, all amazing workers.

Normally, I don’t have any issues with this location but today my drink tasted terrible and I’m pretty sure it was a new girl that made it and she was on her phone the entire time and kept talking to one of the other workers instead of making the drinks and I noticed they were really behind, and the manager looked overwhelmed. Maybe hire employees that actually do their job

If I could give 0 starts I would. I order 2 simple drinks, psl with foam and pumpkin Frappuccino on mobile order. Said it would take 15 mins, ok. Showed up when it was supposed to be ready and nothing was ready. I waited for 45 mins trying to get someone’s attention and no one answered. Manager was being snobby and when I told them I was waiting 45 mins they laughed at me and handed me my drinks that were sitting in the back for the whole 45 mins. I asked them to remake them as they were watered down and been sitting for 45 mins or give me a refund. The manager laughed and refused. Never going back there again, don’t use the location!

Nothing but exceptional service and quality drinks. The employees were very friendly to me and knowledgeable about the drinks they were serving. I really enjoyed my time here. However, the parking lot isn’t designed the best here and the drive thru was very long.
Tip: healthcare workers get free coffee here all month! (Dec. 2020)

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Super consistent drink quality, the staff is super nice and get to know you. I go just about daily and I always have a great experience. The line can get a bit long but it’s worth the wait. I recommend you never try parking and going in because the way the lot is set up if the line is even a little bit long you will be trapped unless someone in line backs up or something to let you out. Sometimes the line is all the way out around the building and into the street so I would park at the massage parlor next door and walk on down.

If I could give no stars for the food I would. Photo explains it all. I live across the street, pulled into my driveway and saw this. No I did not drop it or squeeze it myself but someone did lol
Also this location is so slow. My grandma could make coffee faster.
