When we arrived there was no one at the front to greet us unfortunately. We waited several minutes before a host came. Besides that we had a great time. There was an abundance of tv screens to watch different sports and shows from any table at the restaurant.
After the wait we were seated in a comfy booth. We ordered drinks and food. The server was attentive and gave fantastic service.
My brother really enjoyed his birthday dinner and received half off his wings order with his rewards membership.
It was the first time my son tried Buffalo Wild Wings. He enjoyed the dry rubbed lemon pepper chicken and fries. The celery is always a perfect snack for me. The menu has a great variety of chicken sauces and dry rub flavors too as well as appetizers, burgers, salads and other options.
They want to come back again sometime!

Bartender was incredibly rude! Threw the straw at me and slammed my husband’s beer down. Had not had any issue that would have prompted this. Pretty unfortunate because we enjoy the food here. Will not be going back.

Placed a to go order on 02/01/2026 I was put on hold for 10min (they forgot to pick it back up). I had to call back when I did a very rude employee answered and was very short and completely unprofessional. I was charged more than typical for the same thing we get everytime. The food was off to say the least… the fries were hard and dry like they were very old. The wings didn’t have much sauce on them and were overcooked or old as well. This experience has never happened to me in the past 10 years we’ve been coming to Monticello BWW.

Had a server by the name of Gregory, he was super fun and we loved talking to him. Memtioned it was my first time at a BWW, and he instantly went to the back and grabbed a few sauce cups for us to try. The curry one is amazing. One of us asked for a fork, he looked at us and said “Sorry, but we eat with our hands here. Just kidding, I’ll be right back.” We loved his humor, and hope we can come back and have him as our server again.

We ordered online and arrived at the time it said online that it would be done. Waited 20 until we were greeted, despite 10-15 people walking by. The first time they brought our food over half the order was forgotton. The second time they brought it out, our wings were sauced when we had requested it on the side after waiting for 40+ minutes. There was another man in there that was having an even worse experience than we did. When we got home, our boneless wings were tiny and burnt, we were skimped on our fries, we only got half of the sauces we wanted; they were either missing or just completely gone and some of our boxes were so wet they were falling apart. Every time we go there and our food has been sitting in the warmer, the boxes are soggy. This does not happen when we go to the location in the next town over. Will not be going to this location any more because this has been our experience every time for the last couple years.

There weren’t a lot of people there when we went so it was nice. Our server was so cool and knowledgeable along with the other server that was able to answer a couple more questions. I forgot their names. The food was good and reasonably priced, we chose from the Pick 6 for 19.99 deal. Came with an entree, side and a drink. We were quite happy when we left

Omg, where does one start. My fries were ice cold, sent back, new ones hot, now my sandwich, which was awful was cold. Hubbys onion ring tasted weird. My granddaughters ” grilled cheese” , wasn’t warm, grilled, or cheese melted. They did take those two off the bill, offered to remake my sandwich. At that point I just wanted to leave. Si sad, I used to love their grilled chicken sandwich. Just stay home instead.

This place is going downhill. Places order for pickup Got the 20/20 deal. Got there on time and had to wait an extra 25 min for order. Counter lady kept telling people it will be just a minute. My two 14 year olds eat the boneless. Always have leftovers. This time the pieces where so small my son ate the hole thing himself. My 20 piece only had 5 wing’s reset legs. Barley any sauce.

I had my usual wonderful BWW experience, however, when paying my bill I was offered to purchase a wristband for $10 to help with local youth sports teams. I was told that I would receive 10% off all my BWW orders until December 31. I purchased the wristband and happy to support and get this extra little perk. I asked if this was good at all BWW in Minnesota or just this location, I was told blatently it was good at ALL BWW’s in MN. However, in Mankato, MN last night at the BWW they had no clue about this wristband deal. This makes me wonder if there is an incentive by the staff to push these wristbands on people and make up these little fibs to do so. How much of my $10 is going to the local youth sports that a lie needs to be included in its offer? I can donate to local youth directly without having to be bribed into it and have BWW take credit for the donation I gave. Do Better with your employees and your own practices if this is how it is going to be.
