Harlin made our experience in Tullahoma a well remembered visit!! We got fresh rosemary bread straight out of the oven still steaming on the cutting board!!! My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The food was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish we tried exceeded expectations. What truly made the visit special, though, was Harlin. He was incredible to work with — attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. His service elevated the entire experience and made our trip to the restaurant memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend both the restaurant and Harlin to anyone visiting.

The customer service is outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and very personal. The gentleman working was great and very personable. My order had been messed up from the night before the bread was very hard couldn’t eat it. I called and the manager took care of it immediately no questions nothing. When I went into get the food he was very friendly and polite and didn’t complain at all about fixing it he just made the order right and eve told me to have a great day very appreciative of him being a stand up manager and doing what was right. Stopped in for dinner tonight and had such a good experience. This was my first time at this Jersey Mike’s location and it definitely won’t be my last. Harlin was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so easy to talk to. He took the time to make sure everything was just right and carried such a positive attitude the whole time. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers, and it honestly made my visit so much better. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back!
