The tacos are always made fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The tortillas are warm and soft, the toppings are crisp, and the meat is perfectly seasoned.

Los Guachos never disappoints with how flavorful and authentic the dishes are! I usually get the carne asada (beef) tacos, quesadillas, and had some kind of pork crunch bowl last time which blew my expectations out of the water. They serve some of the freshest meat in town and it’s always a nice lunch spot or great stop on the way home from a long shift!

I ordered a mixed fajita and it was beef and chicken tiny cubes instead of strips. My son’s ordered molcajete bowls and they were covered in hot sauce. They love spicy things but they were un edible one had to send it back. I ordered a frozen margarita it was on the rocks. They crushed the ice. I ordered another one because they told me it was made wrong and they could do a frozen. It was exactly the same. Will not come here again. Would not recommend it.

I grabbed a chicken taco salad to go- it was pretty good. Not the typical taco salad. It came in a green shell tortilla bowl.
They used pinto beans, and it had a not too ripe slice of tomato in it. It came with 3 sauces, none of which I enjoyed. I think next time I would just as for some salsa to put on it. The salad had a somewhat sweet taste that I couldn’t place. The chicken was cut small and not shredded, which was a plus.
I will go back with the family and dine in next time.

The Al Pastor is out of this world! Absolutely mouth watering delicious.
I had 2 Gringas which was the perfect amount. $12 for both but they’re half price on Wednesdays!
My friend had the Original Taco Al Pastor. She had 4 of them because they’re smaller than the Gringas. Those are buy one get one free on Mondays, which was when we were there. She paid $6 for all 4!
Order at the counter and they give you a buzzer. We were there at lunch and the food was ready quickly.

One of my favorite spots for authentic Mexican cuisine! I have a gluten allergy ( wheat, barley, rye, etc. ) and they were able to clean off a portion of the grill to heat my corn tortillas. Very accommodating when it comes to food allergies!

Food and service is ok. Beware of the kiosk order because they charge you extras compared to actual menu board. They might’ve updated but they were charging extra 2 to 3 dollars on kiosk.
