Strong 3. You can definitely tell this is a younger team. The mozzarella sticks were probably the best part of the meal but I will say the chicken sandwich was pretty nice, even working with the chicken that comes in a meal that only cost $9. Tonight is the first night I’ve ever eaten basically a peach egg roll and that was a original experience. I don’t want to say too much in the way of negativity so I’ll stray from describing the unkept lobby and filth piled under the drink machine.

Got cold cheese with my chicken bacon Swiss and was so disappointed! How can you serve a sandwich with cheese that isn’t melted?

We went through the drive thru everything was fine. There was nothing wrong with the service. They were polite, efficient, etc… The employees did nothing wrong. However, I don’t know if it was what I ordered, but the sandwich was horrible. The fries and shake were great, but the loaded Italian was small (I understand you don’t choose the size) , luke warm, soggy, the lettuce was slimy, and overall kind of gross. I couldn’t eat it and it was rather expensive, but I wanted to try something new. I don’t know if there’s anything you can do about it, but like I said it might just be the way that sandwich is…???

A fine fast food establishment that makes you feel you’re eating healthier. The dining room was clean and service was with a smile. I’d recommend to a friend. Tonight we tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch with curly fries and it didn’t disappoint.

I ordered a fried turkey gobbler sandwich waited in line for about 10 min the lady at window said sorry she made you the wrong sandwich she made you the club. I took the bag drove off. I was at lunch mind you and opened sandwich when I got back to office and it was a club sloppy mess. I called to complain and they said to come back and they would fix it. I said I couldn’t do that because my half hour lunch was up and cannot go back could they credit my sandwich? They laid the phone on table and left it, they never got back with me. I waited for half and hour on the phone. I will never go back and I will give very bad reviews to all I know. Nasty food nasty service.

arby’s gets more hate than deserves. there are far worse fast food places. food came out fast but the corned beef on the ruben was tough and made it hard to eat. The chicken and turkey were rather dry as well. but the restaurant was decorated nicely and clean on the inside.

Food is good, place is clean but the service is so slow and they have no sense of teamwork. The manager set five bags waiting for fries at the fryy station and walked away. They had fries in the station but apparently only the fry station person could fill them even though she wasnt there at the time. The person bagging moved so slow. No sense of purpose of teamwork

Yelling to other workers out the window towards us loud enough to wake my baby. Glad they was having so much fun as they pushed our food and drinks at us and shut window as they was still in conversation. No staws or Arby’s sauce and no getting her attention. Poor visit. There is no hospitality in that store tonight.

Went through the drive thru today around 1:30. I was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered 11 roast beef sliders, 1 medium fry & 1 small UNsweet tea for my kids & I. The kid repeated my order back but it was wrong (he said 2 fries & a sweet tea). I corrected him, he gave my total & I pulled around & paid, assuming he fixed it after I corrected him since he acknowledged he heard me. I understand 11 sliders takes a minute. That wasn’t a problem. However… #1 he did not make my drink while I waited, #2 only after all the sliders were ready did someone realize fries needed to be dropped, #3 the entire time I waited, no one pulled my vehicle and the drive thru proceeded to wrap all the way around the building behind me as I watched bag after bag of other people’s food line up on the counter… and sit… while all of us waited for my fries. He said they were giving me an extra slider for my long wait. Only after my food was handed to me did he realize I still needed my drink, so I waited AGAIN for that. Once I FINALLY had everything, I rolled out of the drive thru… only to sip my drink & discover I got sweet tea and looked in my bags to see 2 orders of fries… and then glance at my receipt attached to the bag to see he never fixed my order after I corrected him & he acknowledged the correction. By that time I was late clocking back in for work and so frustrated I didn’t bother going inside to get it fixed.

I understand this kid was possibility new and there’s even a chance it was his first job so I can afford some grace… however I am most frustrated with the lack of management/oversight to coach him on how to fix a wrong order before cashing a ticket out or to have him pull my car forward so he could keep drive thru moving while my order was prepared. I’m sure everyone behind me had cold food (if that food was even what they actually ordered).

This wasn’t so terrible to never go back, but I sure hope this store can invest in better training of both crew *and management* before I return. {Insert head banging against brick wall here} Most of this is common sense & basic Fast Food Management 101 stuff.
